A full range of footwear comfort. I am using Heels footwear from last 20 years. Very supportive staff. Thanks to Bharat Jï for his best practices.

Only thing I would say is that I have been wearing shoes only from heels for the last 18 years.

Decorom of the shop was impressive, the staff members are also cooperative, Although nice place for shopping must visit.

Have been going to Heels for the past 7 years now. Their collection and pricing are one of the best in the entire industry. The quality of their products is what makes them stand out every single time. I’ve had shoes from them for years that haven’t worn out nor have they lost their shine. I would recommend going to them if you’re looking at quality products with even better pricing. The staff is extremely friendly but most importantly the owners always attend to you personally in case of any doubts. This is my go to store for shoes for all occasions!

I am really grateful to The Heels for repairing my formal slipons and that too complimentary. It is one of my favorites pair and I did not want to discard it. I don't live in Delhi, so I contacted them and they readily agreed to help me.
Now, it's as good as new.

Great heels but the staff is too rude i am a student and went there from college he judged me from my look and said "dikhau kya bhohot mehengi hai"

Worst store! Please never purchase from this store they dnt exchange stuff there bag has this distinct order which is horrible in smell! Veryy poor service will never buy!

Salesman was absolutely rude and passed offensive comments when I didn’t like anything. Doesn’t know how to deal and talk with customers. Pathetic and awful experience.

The Heels is one of the oldest footwear stores that I have been visiting since ages. I have mostly liked the collection and the quality here.
Nevertheless I have to mention that the designs and collections of some styles have deteriorated viz. Ballerinas and flats.
I have recently liked some collection of stilettos and d'orsay heels but I did not find my size in those, which was very disappointing. When I visited the store last, I also felt that some of the latest collection was overly priced.
I would also request the store to add more collections especially in stilettos and heels in smaller sizes like 35 and 36. I would also suggest to update the customers with introduction of new collections and of offers going on.

Used to be good earlier. Staff isn't polite. Thye judge you by your clothes. Shoes collection isn't that great as before. Can give this place a miss. Better to go elsewhere where you are treated well

I had the worst experience. The salesman weren't attending and also passing racist comments indirectly.

Very good collection, price seems to be ok as the cannaught place is a bit costly market but the owner on the counter did not encouraged the costmer to visit again by his behaviour. For a small favour to help me for charging my mobile for 5 / 10 minutes he made all lame excuses and telling lies that the charger is connected to card machine which is updating the company bank account. There was hardly any customer when I was there. I am surprised by his such a uncoperatvevattitude. I

Seems to be good shop for buy footwear specially for women with many shape, size, design and colours.

NEVER EVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF THIS BRAND AT ALL. In the very first wear, the string comes out in the sandal, a fresh product not from sale of Rs. 2000. ALWAYS AVOID THIS BRAND. PATHETIC AFTER SALE SERVICE.

I bought one purse last time, very low quality, earlier their products were good, but now quality is very down, even when I went to store, and told them, their response was very bad, they showed no interest in their regular customer.

Very very poor shop a sandal i gifted to my wife 1 din me tut gai never ever even look at dis side

This is one of the most fascinating shops in the world. Footwear sold here under warranty are not covered in full. Make sure with PART of the footwear is covered. Upper or lower, inside or outside etc.

My friend has purchased sandal for his wife at rs 1599. Within 2-3 days one pair of the sandal's buckle came out. They go for the exchange thing, but the staff over there told them that once the product sales out it will not be exchanged. After some heated argument they have agreed to repair it and send it to there address within 15 days.my friend also told them that do repair the other side of the sandal.
After 15 days my friend called them and asked them about the delivery, they told them that it's very difficult to find the address so u can collect it from the shop only.
My friend has gone there and collect the product, but then after 2-3 days the other part of the sandal's buckle came out.

REASONS, WHY NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS SHOP

1. THE OWNER, BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN HAVE NO RESPECT FOR FEMALE/ CUSTOMERS.

2. THE STAFFS OVER THERE ARE VERY RUDE AND LAZY.

3. THEY ARE CHARGING VERY HIGH PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT, BUT THE QUALITY IS VERY CHEAP. THEY ARE FOOLING AROUND.

4. BEING IN THE MARKETING FIELD, THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THING.

Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff.walked in on a weekday when there were very few customers yet none of them had the courtesy to attend inspite of repeatedly asking for help. The staff is too lazy and doesn't understand the concept of customer satisfaction. I don't think I will ever shop from this place again.

If you are looking for comfort, durability & style then this is the place for you. Though sometimes it becomes difficult to find new designs in footwear.

Its a popular place known for its quality leather products. U may find leather footwear, office bags, travelling bags, ladies bags, belts, purse etc. Its a bit expensive but the quality which it offers is unmatchable.

One of the shoe brands I used to like unless I became a customer. They sell their own shoes as well as other less popular brands. Recently I bought pair of leather shoes (fresh & not in sale) which started loosing color in few days. When it continued I took the pair to the showroom they took it and sent it to the factory and gave me back the repainted pair. Disappointed with work and solution. The best line was said by the dealing person Mr. Akshit
"We fought for you with the company and this is the best we can do. "
How lame. Calls it a brand. Shame on you guys.

Bought a pair of boots last month, a little bit on pricey side but the quality is good, I'm hoping it to last long.
Current status: The boot's sole has worn out, took the shoes for exchange, only to get the reply that we don't have any authorized person to deal with on Sunday so kindly come on Monday. People have other works on weekdays. So, you can't get it fixed ever, will have to spend my own money after spending so heftly on them when it's been just 2months

Excellent quality and variety of shoes for men and women available at reasonable rates. Even the bags and belts available are of excellent standards. Worth a visit for buying socks and accessories as well. The kind of shoes you can get range from heels to flats and boots to office and party wear. Sandals are available as well.

I like to shop from here. And like customer satisfaction by shopkeepers. Behavior of owner. He is very pleasant person.

Brilliant designs, super comfortable. Never disappointing. Shoes/sandals/flats are brilliantly made. I am highly impressed. Only problem I had was with my heels that turned out to be a little painful not as much as other brands. But the flats were really comfortable. In fact when I wore the colorful design flats in the US, an American even asked me for the brand name so she could buy the same. Keep up the good work. I am also happy with the customer service and highly impressed that Heels is taking time to read the reviews and comment back. Good use of the internet to make your product better. Regards
