I had a good stay at the Hosteller. The 4-bed dormitory was well-maintained and had good facilities. The staff members were helpful and polite.
It was very convenient to have an in-house cafeteria. They serve excellent food and have good service.

One of the best hostels to stay across india and delhi especially when it comes to it's central location. The stay was lovely and everything was pretty clean and nice. The staff is very courteous and professional which uplifts the whole experience.

I stayed for 4 days in hosteller Delhi and experience was wonderful. I stayed in 6 bed mixed dorm and bed were good with blankets and cup boards for each of them. Had option of hot water for drinking. Only issue was checkin at 1 PM but they allow us to keep luggage in locker room. Nice and friendly staff. No option for nearby food so I ordered food from Zomato although they too have food option which i did not try.
Highly recommended!

I stayed here for almost a week and I had a pleasant stay. The location is perfect- just 5 mins walking distance from Ashram Metro & on the main road. There's a 24*7 store in the adjacent petrol pump which is good too. I stayed in both female & mixed dorm- the rooms are spacious, cleaning is done everyday, washrooms are good. The common areas are also well kept. Met some amazing people here. Only the food requires much more improvement. Overall, I'd recommend it.

A whole different experience i have with the The Hostlier! It was amazing and the cafe they have Unbox Cafe. Good food, amazing vibe, wonderful ambience

Loves to stay in hosteller. It feels like home away from home. Food in hosteller delhi is amazing. Staffs of this property makes you happy. They treat us like as their own family member. They are very helpful and cooperative with u.

They gave us faulty rooms initially, broken fan regulator, AC not cooling but when asked to change, they changed. The rooms were not good for prices, the service was good, metro station is close (pink line). Try staying on yellow line somewhere.

Can be much better, not value for money.
I paid 800plus for one dorm bed which I feel costlier compared to the amenities they provided. Location is good, easily accessible from Delhi metro

Its a comfortable stay, cleanliness 100%, staff Arafat is handelling well, my stay was very good, and i enjoyed the atmosphere and the community manager was also very good.

Great place to stay, I have to rate the common areas and the staff there 5 star! The dorms are a bit small, hence the 4 stars.

It was an incredibly effortless stay. It felt like staying with a bunch of friends. There was one Cafe Manager, Mr Zaid. He is such a big sweetheart and loving host. Would love to visit again just to meet him.

First of all, the thing I liked the most about Hosteller was the home like feel you get and the staff was very cooperative and friendly. Especially Arafat, Zaid, Amritam, Advitya, were just helpful and amazing people. Overall Enjoyed the stay at hosteller. Will always visit again ️

Place is good and rooms are clean. The basement is the best place to stay and do all your work.

Overall living cost is high, as they don't provide the access to kitchen. Students or guests staying for long-term can't order from canteen everytime.

An excellent organization which makes us to visit everytime time we are in delhi, manali and Kasol. Got a great hospitality, the staff is fabulous.

The hostel is good and clean, even the dorms. Amritam, Adwitiya and Arafat are very warm and welcoming. And the stay has been comfortable.

I was in Delhi for a work call and decided to stay in Hosteller. In a few words, it is home away from home, People here are sweet and always helpful. Cafe manager Zaid is my favorite, he knows the best place to eat and see. Such a helpful person, see you soon friend.

I booked my stay with Hosteller Delhi for 2 nights and my experience was so beyond my expectations that i ended up extending for another 3 nights and HERE IS WHY.

I traveled whole night to get to Delhi and i reached at their property around 8am. I got an early check-in thanks to their Front Desk Manager 'Adwitiya' aka 'Advi' and meanwhile i stayed in the common area which is very comfy and classy.

About Dorms: - 10/10
So they have two 6-8 bed mix dorm and one 6 bed female dorm fully AC 24*7.10/10 for cleanness and comfort. Kudos to their housekeeping staff for maintaining that standard and to 'Arfat' as well for keeping double check on cleanness.

Dine-in food: - 10/10
If you are staying at this property you don't need to order from outside, they got outstanding tasty food and 'spring roll' is must. Thanks to 'Zaid' and the kitchen staff for insuring hygiene and food quality. A secret tip for new visitors if you are fan of tea ask for 'Arfat Tea' and thank me later.

Common area: - 10/10
Community manager (CM) Atishay is a charm.a musician and a singer.will keep you entertained with his talent. He got skills to mix with people from different backgrounds and age as well.now that's impressive. They have special movie nights, games night and what not.

Location: - 10/10
In Delhi it's good if you have Metro Station on your walking distance and this place is really close-by Metro Station Ashram, hardly 200m. Next to a Petrol pump which has a general store so you don't have to worry about if you wanna buy basic stuff.

About Staff: - 11/10
Apart from comfortable stay and yummy food they were the real reason i had a great time with Hosteller Delhi. 'Amritam, Advi, and Arfat' they might look little young to you but they are the most professional desk staff i have ever came across in hostel life.
And i should mention that they follow 'no plastic bottle' policy at their property, that also in a City like Delhi. That should be appreciated and commendable. Thanks Advi for sharing your bottle and Amritam for your late night stories.
Will visit you soon guys. I would be proud to say that I am going to visit my friends.

I am looking for longer stay at hosteller Delhi. I request management that let Amritam and Adwitiya should take care of this property for longer time period.

They Cancelled my booking due to unavailability on their end and then refused to refund money to my original payment method. They are forcing me to accept some form of hosteller credits only. The support team was thoroughly unhelpful. WILL NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT USE HOSTELLER.

I have stayed your property for a night and i checked in late night but i would like to tell you is the night stuff is really humble and nice.they helped me for small thing and SHYAM carried out my luggage to 3rd floor.the guy AMRUTAM, ADVITYA and SHYAM aka shyamu, i loved this man.he cheered up my mood with his joke and make me comfortable and i felt really relaxed, so active and passionate for his job.kudos! To his work.you have such a great team.

I am staying in this place since so long and wherever i visit any place always find the hosteller property. Because staff is so good with behaviour and not even staff and manager but also trainees are super cool. I had a chance to meet amazing trainees like Areejita, and we visited kasol property and mate Supratim aka Joy. This time we mate Amritam, Adwitiya and Aafaq khan these people are so young and making it with super cool way.
Thank you to make our stay comfortable and feel like home

Wrote a review earlier where one of feedbacks was that the cafe wasn't functional and it should have been informed to the customer beforehand. Got a reply saying that an "investigation" was conducted by them and it was informed to me that cafe wasn't functional on a "pre check in call". Changing my rating from 2 to 1 as it is simply incorrect, I didn't receive any call and also because this info should be available at the time of booking and not after booking as it's just even more deceiving to let the customers book and then let them know the issues with the property. Then not just customers would have to change their plans but they would also lose money on cancelling the booking. Bravo. Btw, one of the other feedbacks was that the exterior of the property was a mess.

The Hosteller Delhi is the first thing which comes to my mind when I go to Delhi. Always had an awesome stay there. This time meet new staff there. Adwitiya and Amritam provided good service. They made us felt like a family. All the best to these new kiddos.

Loved the place, vibe and everything about this place. Made friends and memories that i'll keep in touch forever. Atishay community manager uplifted the place with his daily events every single day.

I stayed in The Hosteller for a week. I wish the community kitchen was in working condition and water dispenser facility in every floor would make the experience more comfortable. Amongst the staffs, Amritam and Adwitiya are very polite and heartwarming. Thankyou for a lovely experience

I had a very bad experience. Right from entering the compound I faced many difficulties. Even though we checked in almost n hour late,

1. We were told at the counter that plumbing needed to be fixed. And it will take an hour or so to get fixed.
2. Washrooms were cleaned after we checked in, that too after us complaining.
3. There was no water in the room alloted.
Half the time people kept coming in to repair.

Also few promised items in the description weren't present in the room.

I suggest to pls check the room personally before paying full rent in advance.

Dont even think twice and book it if you are looking for a great place with great people to stay.
I stayed for almost a week. Adwitiya and Amritam are the sweetest people. They would ensure you have a wonderful stay and have fun.

I had a great experience here in The Hosteller Delhi. The service provided by Adwitiya, Amritam, Firdos and the whole team was very welcome. I'll definitely visit soon and suggest other to visit it once when they come to Delhi.

The service here is really excellent. They provided us all the necessities instantly after the request were made. Some of the care takers like Azad, Joy and bhuvan were very nice. The reservation system is not elastic but everything else was perfect. One suggestion would be keeping water filters at every floor so hostellers don't have to come down to fill their bottles. Overall it was a very good experience.

The Hosteller is one of the best hostel in the Delhi.

Amazing support staff and fabulous hospitality.they just never said NO to anything. Special thanks to Arijeeta Deepesh and Joy.the location is also great as Ashram metro station is 2m walk literally. Gate no. 3 to be precise which is to be used.there are not too many options of food but whatever thalis they serve is good enough.

So it’s been more than 1 month in hosteller delhi and i had a good time with some good bunch of people.not only travellers but also their crew and specially interns. I would love to introduce specially Arijeeta, such a good human being, humble and work active. She was handling things beautifully. So my stay became more comfortable and joyful.
Sometime you will face small problems but somehow your stay will be good and you won’t regret. I didn’t but maybe you can jokes a part but I would recommend travellers to stay in Hosteller.

Staff is very good. Mithun at reception just amazing humble nature guy. Hosteller delhi accepted my request for early check in that was so much helpful.thank you guys
I hope this kind of management for guests shall be also applied at Hosteller Kasol

Its was below average with the price I paid
I mean right from the start the problems started
1. The first room they gave us had cockroaches
2. Then they changed the room and the second was better but still the washroom was not clean and there were issues with flush and shooter
3. The wifi never connects take it from me never
4. We gave 500 per day for breakfast and we got a poha and sandwich in the morning telling us no eggs because they are vegetarian
5. No body there wore mask not even the housekeeping
6. They washed the mugs in the washbasin infront of me.

My room cost was 2200 per day and all I got was this i checked out early and saved myself.

The best hostel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. High quality rooms with full ventilation and high quality service with such great hospitality being served. Also, they are one of few hostels that allow their guests to speak up for their comfortability. I personally like the vibe of some staff members here especially *Deepesh, Arijita, Supratim*
They are so sweet and always ready to help. Also the mouthwatering dishes at the buffet is fingerlicking with good vibes around you.

Totally worth it!

The hostel is premium quality at a good location with spacious rooms.

But the housekeeping had done a very poor job. The room didn't seem to be cleaned or sanitized after the previous guests. Especially during the pandemic, cleanliness is paramount. The flush wasn't working and there was no electricity in the morning.

The staff is friendly. They have a good cafeteria.

I checked out on 8th July when i was out by 6th July night after the horrible experience at the hosteller. The manager and his team were not atall helpful. They gave me room which was dirty, had damaged flush, handspray and it was beside a commercial use room where knitting work was constantly happening. It was very noisy and suffocating to stay in a dirty room during the pandemic situation. Cleanliness and hygiene was not there. The washroom was very dirty when i entered room. I had to call the front desk to send housing. This is unpardonable and I had to levae in the middle of the Tuesday / early Wednesday night because of the flush not working. These basic necessities weren't available at this place. I have had the most horrible and uncomfortable experience ever in any hotel or hostel. I have already filed a consumer complaint. When i was leaving the front desk receptionist told that they had sent a plumber which means that early morning they knew that the flush wasn't working before even i realized it. The prior knowledge of a damaged flush is cause enough intentionally troubling me as a guest at the hotel. I had the worst experience at this hotel ever.
