Staff is not willing to help I guess they are just telling write your queries to Mail they will response but they don't

Coprattive staff here very polite behaviour guard.guide like any professional. And very l and very impressive place.

The institute is great, and everyone here are helpful, I have visited icai many times and I'm a student of icai.

Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is the parliamentary authority for all the CAs in India. This here is the enquiry centre as well as the centre for books and correspendences relating to the CA course. It is situated in ITO near CR building. Parking space is available here. The staff is quite responsive although sometimes its hard to reach them on the phone. Another centre is situated in Vishwaas Nagar. Entry is allowed to CA members and CA students.

Extremely bad telephone services. They've listed 10 numbers in their website for any query out of which rarely 1 or 2 connect and you'll be lucky if their executives answer the call. What happens to a student when they need information or when they want to clarify their doubts regarding anything and the apex body doesn't even care to pick up the freaking telephone. I'm from Bangalore and I've tried calling ICAI Bangalore several times, they picked up the 7th time and told me to call the Delhi head office. I've tried all the 10 numbers listed in the website yet not one phone call was received. Wanted to give half a star but sadly there's no option of that.

No body picks up the phone. Perhaps they take students for granted. Whether they are regulators or regulating for playing with the careers of students.

Only the institution for chartered accountant of India situated at ITO, near the Police HQ and connected metro and nearest metro station is ITO falls on haritage line or from kashmiri gate, DELHI to Raja Nahar Singh (Ballabhgarh) HARIYANA. Most important institution of India his position is superior to others.

Everyone here talks so nicely. No rude behaviour. No drama. Staff people know how to perform their duties.

I am very surprised that the office staff of your institute never attending any phone calls.why the hell are the institute shown some phone numbers in the website. All the numbers never attended by anybody. SRO numbers are even not given by the southern chennai office for more than one month to students. They are saying some alteration works are going on.you come after 14 th. I dont know how you peoples working like this.shame.

Quick service.easy to reach 'cuz it's just near from ITO metro station.
Area seems safe too.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament, viz. The Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (Act No. XXXVIII of 1949) for regulating the profession of Chartered Accountancy in the country. The Institute, functions under the administrative control of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The ICAI is the second largest professional body of Chartered Accountants in the world, with a strong tradition of service to the Indian economy in public interest.  

The affairs of the ICAI are managed by a Council in accordance with the provisions of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988. The Council constitutes of 40 members of whom 32 are elected by the Chartered Accountants and remaining 8 are nominated by the Central Government generally representing the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, Securities and Exchange Board of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Ministry of Finance and other stakeholders.

Over a period of time the ICAI has achieved recognition as a premier accounting body not only in the country but also globally, for maintaining highest standards in technical, ethical areas and for sustaining stringent examination and education standards. Since 1949, the profession has grown leaps and bounds in terms of members and student base.

Its my institute.it is good to go there and done your thing there as its not crowdy as the vishwas nagar ICAI.
