The process took a little longer than expected but the wait was totally worth it! All 3 of my bags looks brand new and perfect! The leather trimming & repair work were very good and the restructuring and repair of a clutch was perfect.

Mallika and her team sure know what they’re doing. Smooth pick up, swift and accurate communication and great service. Totally recommend for luxury item repairs.

Horrible customer support.
Insanely expensive rates. The price pitched for the fixture is almost more than half of what is mentioned on the website. On top of this, the customer support is horrible. The pickup/delivery charges are separate despite of the service taken or not. Even after clear communication about the prices, the delivery boy took the whole amount that was never agreed upon.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! FOR ONCE I THOUGHT ITS A FRAUD COMPANY! HORRIBLE! DISGUSTING! You guys took more than 2 months to repair the shoes, while you had promised to repair & deliver the shoes in just 2 weeks! The customer service was extremely unhelpful, unresponsive & unprofessional! The price you charge is exorbitantly high! Had real BAD EXPERIENCE WITH YOU GUYS! @

The work is amazing! I have been looking for a professional cobbler specialising designer items for very long time. Tried many other companies’ services before finally found the Leather Laundry and have to say they are the best. While I had a few hiccups with delivery timelines the first time round the quality of work and assurances from Mallika that their services would be streamlined made me try them once again. I sent 4 bags and got all back within the timelines promised! Their work is impeccable. From reshaping to electroplating to repairs, I have been extremely happy with their services.

Hi while i liked the repairs done to the bag, I am sorry but it was too much of an unprofessional conduct in terms of cost promised and charged, time taken, the lack of coherence between the team, the lack of zeal to maintain customer relation and always a struggle to reach out to u guys. I think these aspects are equally important along with the technical work related output. I hope the seniors in the team read and recognise these feedback.

On message they assured me that they will repair my lv shoes then after taking them they tood that they couldn't and that i have to pay 500₹ for them to send my shoes back, later on i realised that this is there alternate business model and they earn a lot more in this than the actual remodelling and thing that they claim to do

If you are looking for your bag dryclean this is the place. They refurbish the bag so perfectly that it looks new. I loved there services and highly recommend everyone else.

My leather bag was covered in mould, I thought it was for the bin. However Leather Laundry restored it, looks brand new. Fantastic work.

Poor service. Inspite of constant follow ups, they are not returning my bags from last 6 months. I’m asking them to return as it is, but they are making false promises. I really don’t understand, how much time does it take for restoration. Really, really unhappy. No response from their end. Highly unprofessional.

I got my sofa done with them 3 months back, exactly after couple of day the cracks were back on the sofa. They came again after multiple calls n 1000 messages.once again they tried to do it.within a week the sofa was back in the same condition.full of cracks n the colour started fading. Pathetic customer service. Still trying to catch hold of them, they never respond properly. Unprofessional customer service. I would never recommend this to anybody. Stay away from these guys. They are fraud.

Please be careful giving any of your good products for repair. I had given a belt for repair and after keeping it for months on end the product sent back to me was of pathetic quality and it looks cheap now.

The did a fabulous job with both my Jimmy Choo shoes, the suede shoes which was pretty worn out after using the for six years or looked so new and clean. The heel off my other shoes was glued back Together in a very neat and precise way, very happy with their service, I even got a discount when I asked for it. Thank you leather laundry.

My Adidas Samba's had unfortunately lost their sheen and the suede had turned brown from grey. The Leather Laundry did an impeccable job by making them look as good as new! I got the leather patina replaced for my LV bag. The leather laundry has done a fantastic job with the limited time they had and I’m in awe. A big thanks to them for rushing the process and sending my bag on time upon my request. The only feedback is that the communication process could be much better. It would be easier to talk over phone instead of texts and I tried calling their number many times without a response. But otherwise, I would definitely recommend leather laundry to all my friends.

I’ve used the Leather Laundry service several times. They are the most professional service I’ve come across in India. My clothes were treated with utmost care and I would definitely recommend them to all those who need to get their precious leather garments cleaned and repaired.

I have been using TLL's services the last 3 years and they do a phenominal job at restoring used leather goods! Pricing is a bit premium, but the quality and eye for detail is worth every penny spent! I have given them all my high end bags and shoes. They do take a bit of time to get the work done but the wait is so worth it's while! Whenever there is a problem they are always quick to take the product back for rework which I find absolutely impressive!

Really loved the work TLL did for me. All my bags which I had not been using for a long time because of some issue or the other, have become like brand new.
. By the way to be honest I found you guys very expensive initially but once I got my bags and the heels I had lost hope on and once upon a time I proudly flaunted them, same as new or rather even better than before because you guys used genuine leather and remarkable high quality metal hardware to restore them that I found every penny worth it.

Made my shoes like new! I was almost ready to buy a new pair of golf shoes as they had got discoloured. TLL has done a fabulous job of recolouring them. They saved me all the money that I would have spent in buying a new pair!

I got my Alexander McQueen white sneakers restored from the leather laundry and I was blown away with the quality of work. My sneakers are as good as new and it feels that I just unboxed them. Tried many in delhi but they fail to deliver.the leather laundry staff is extremely polite and sooo hospitable to ur needs.i gave them my Louis Vuitton shoes which even the store couldn’t fix and clean properly. But leather laundry made them as good as new! Highly recommend them!

When will I get my documents? It has been almost two months when I left the company. I have worked one and half year here, atleast I deserve proper documents. I have myself given the write up for all the documents, they only have to print it and attest it. No one even bothers for this. There is no one in this company whom I can ask for responsibly. As a last resort, i have to put publicly out here. Extremely disgusted by this experience

What a great job they did with my brand new pair of loafers from a luxury brand. One of them was discolored and I sent it to the leather laundry and they've come back looking brand new. Very professional and great work!
