Well some things went quite well but there assembly point (it was not ready till 8 pm and not safe) and package for events never take that (paid extra amount but didn't get event half of expected).

It's a third rate banquet. Food is oweful. U get stones when u have food. Visited on 27th Feb. Stinking. Plastic flowers. Plastic crockery. Stale food. Bad ice cream. Third rate low salaried serving staff. Complained to managers they all smiled. If u r thinking to book it forget just jump from top floor of u r house u will have better feeling.

The place is nice, but It has the worst parking experience since there are 3-4 banquet halls side by side and it’s on a major road junctions along with a metro station. So unless you want to commute by metro all dressed up or have immense patience, stay away from this place.

I attended my friend's Engagement ceremony & it was awsome place for parties & functions.
Ambiance is very good. It is quite spacious. Good for a gathering of about 300-350 people. Food is very tasty. Staff and service is good too.
Food is good. Parking is available, lift is also available. Peeragarhi Metro station on just 1 min walking distance. Try to avoid going by car in marriage season and use metro because of heavy traffic. Parking is in basement n they share it with other adjoining banquets so long cues to enter n exit. Even the Architectural design pf this Banquet Not practice.this make Banquet look small because around 20 floor area reserved for lifts n staircase right in center of hall

The valet guys are thieves. Don’t ever book this pathetic banquet which hires cheats. If you happen to attend some wedding here, don’t even leave a pen in the car.

Awesome place. Nice decoration. Arregements are very neat and clean. It's a place where ú want to go many times. Even children can enjoy over there. Nice and spacious.

Very conveniently located on main Total Road. Very spacious banquet halls on 3 different floors
All put together. Around 1000+ people can be accommodated.
Good food with very high variety of cuisine and lots of Deserts.

Velet parking driver hit my New Audi car & change inner settings somewhere to park pls.some good driver for luxury car or advice to self park

The ambience is really good and food is also very delicious, drinks are also served here and parking facility is also provided. Overall my experience at the maidens crown is great

Food quality is so bad. I went there for A marriage function and when I came back I fell I'll and have stomach pain.

The banquet hall n the snacks, food n desert kulffi was excellent. The services were excellent. Good embiance.

Banquest was okay, decoration was good not so special or amazing. Only one decorative piece was there that is Peacock and nothing was there. Paintings on walls was not so good and there were no big decorative mirrors to take photos. Only stage was found decorated nicely and looking attractive. Sofas and tables were so simple. It was hard to find a good place to take photos rather than the stage. While talking about food, I don't liked anything except mozito. In total i don't liked this place for wedding ceremony or any big occasion.

Very bad service. Had my pre wedding party and wedding reception party there. Everyone was still having a food but they start picking up the chairs and tables and start washing the floors.when we asked them to get manager they called the bouncers.
Won't recommend to do your partys here.

Its a Amazing banquet hall. I have been to this place for 2 times. They serve amazing food and snacks. They have very large halls for marriage and any other functions. I would love to go here again. Valet parking service is also provided here there is so many varieties non-veg and veg snacks and soft drink are awesome snacks rating 10/9 and dinner rating 10/8

Banquet with Beautiful interior and wonderful services. Management was overwhelming and food was also good. Good place to have large gatherings. Had a great experience. Staff was also very helpful and supportive.

Worst hospitality ever!

Had my own function on 12th December what they shown and promised me for the crockery entire different on that day.
First of all they refused to give bridal room keys bt after 2 hrs of struggle they managed to give bt that too for rs 1000.
Secondly the hospitality is too bad they made every guest to wait for some minutes to serve the food and to almost every guest they make an allegation that you have shared the food and charged for extra plates.
We booked the cold anar and flower petal for the wedding and believe me the cold anar is much more then the hot anar,
Fumes spread all over the banquet and even the photographers camera got damaged because of the fumes and even they forget to blow the flowers petals.
Request to the management please dont spoil anyones function as you daily deal with these functions, for you its just a buisness but for an indivisual its a lifetime function.

This place has a great ambience but this place is over priced. This place a less parking space and very challenging. The Food was excellent but the beverages and mocktails were bad. They charge for supreme quality product but in actual they use substandard product. Charging 1500 to 2000 per plate and making their mocktails with Zone Syrup and Mapro whereas there are better products like Monin and Cremica products are available in market. Wouldn't recommend for beverages.

Crowded environs, so if you fail to get valet parking then be prepared for some parking nightmares here.

Coming to the actual venue. The place had good ambience when you have stepped inside. Number of halls, so on a busy day you'll have multiple functions and events going on.

Snacks were decent but the main course was just about average. The coffee served towards the end of the function was watery and diluted, so didn't like that all.

Service staff is attentive.

An awesome 3 story banquet hall with a spacious interior for great, luxurious and lavish wedding ceremony, engagements and many more. The place has got good parking arrangement and is very affordable on pocket with a per plate range starting at around ₹1100-1200 per plate. Overall, my experiences with this place have been awesome with some great memories.

कार पार्किंग के लिए जगह कम है। एक बार आप पार्किंग में फँस गए तो कम से कम 1: 30 से 2: 00 घंटे आप कुछ नही कर सकते। जगह कम होने के कारण कार सही पार्क नही हो पाती और समस्या आती है।

Maiden crown staff was not good.they were slow in there services and they ended up cheating in the count of plates.

Manager attitude was not at all appreciated.he was rude and arrogant.

The Maiden's crown is a three-floor banquet hall. The ground floor is the best of all and has the biggest possible area among all the halls there.the second and the third floor are smaller as compared to the ground floor. There is lift facility available to go on different floors but some of them are not properly working and it's generally crowded in that area because there is no lift operator and people utilize the lift as per there convenience. There is a very big chandelier at the stairs area which is hanging from the top ceiling and goes down to the ground floor (pics attached). It is not easy to park your vehicle here because of the traffic. Even if you manage to reach the banquet on time you will not find it easy to enter the premises because there is usually very heavy traffic in this area and you have to struggle a lot to reach the front gate. Once you reach the gates, be ready to be in a long queue for the wallet parking because generally all three halls are booked and mostly people visit around 8 or 9 PM. So avoid these hours and try to reach early to avoid the traffic jam. Don't try to park your vehicle adjacent to the boundary or on the side road of the hall, the police constable won't allow you to park and nor you will be able to drive in wrong way. It's better to follow the traffic rules and drive on the correct road to reach the venue to avoid any inconvenience.

Right at corner of Piragarhi chowk. Driving down here is a pain and normally took 15 to 30 minutes just to enter the car and another 5 to 10 minutes for further parking. The location literally kills the fun of the party.
