Food is average, service team ko training ki zaroorat hai, they can't follow the instructions.matlab sunte nahi hain customer kya maag raha hai, repeat item lane main taking so much time I have to remind him again and again.customer service pe kaam kar lo aisi labour hi outlet band karwati hai.

I have taken three tandoori chicken. All are smelly. Owner does not want to hear. Spoiled my birthday evening

One of the worst outlet behaviour of owner is too rude. I have redeemed magic pin coupon at the outlet he told me to wait for 15 mint and I have wait min 30 min and he is giving orders to the customer who visited after he after 30 min i told him bhaiya i have ordered first and still waiting he said he will give priority to other customers first because i have ordered from magic pin. I told him that if you have to give only preference to other customers them why you have listed your shop at magic pin he said if you have problem then plz don't visit again i am shocked with his behaviour very rude person ever seen

One of the good spot there in the area, they serve you fresh and tasty food.
You can have a good time with your friends. Good spot to hangout in the evening after classes or long day of work.
Enjoy their every meal.

Must try food outlet, wonderful owner he was able to deliver food at 1 a.m
At midnight, exception service and yummy chicken.must try is kfc fried chicken and shawarma

Worst experience. Owner and staff is very rude and give prefference to orders that are paying more. If you ask them they will openly say that they will talk rudely and ask to leave. Would recommend to go to other places that provide far better services and food quality.

They have some good food include tandoori paneer momos, corn basket and Achari soya Chaap. Main veg course is also good

Very Rude Behaviour don't have proper staff to serve most of the dishes are out of stock all the time

Third class delivery system, they haven’t given any plates, tissue paper, spoon…after talking to thm abt these things they talk aggressively…. All overZero

Very smelly chicken & when I complaint to owner, he said "aajkal garmi ka time hai kayi baar material peechhe se galat aajata hai".
But when I baught Tawa chicken on that day the weather was pleasant & there was no hot

Initially it used to be the best place for tandoori chicken monos but sad to say that their quality has degraded alot over the last 10-12 month. Food is stale, smells bad.

When ever I am in Fateh Nagar, I never missed out this place. The food is outstanding and very delicious.
Be that Chicken Kurkure momos, chilly chicken or SHAWARMA Roll or Tandoori Masala Chaap. Can't miss any of the things.

I had a waste of time effort and money on chicken shawarma. The chicken and the wrap were dry. And the owner of the shop was too immodest to accept the fact the shawarma was dry. Instead the told that it is the customer who are not liking the “awesome” shawarma they had prepared. Not a good experience.

I had earlier ordered and referred many customers but yesterday was the actual worst experience I faced. I understand sometimes we are not able to maintain quality but rather than accepting the owner was rude.
In hospitality industry customer service is the prime goal, with this one act the owner destroyed relation not with me but my referred customers also.

Worst shawarma ever, chicken filling was dry and hard.roti was also dry.
Owner was rude and arrogant, unwilling to accept their mistake.

Tried this place for their good variety of momos.
I was quite skeptical about trying a new place for momos as most of the outlets located in Jail Road serve below average momos in my opinion.

Till now I've tried their Ch. Tandoori Momos, Gravy Momos and steamed ones.
They all tasted great and had the right amount spices added to the filling.

I hope they maintain this pace in future as well by serving consistent taste to their customers.

Loved the momos of this place.there is no proper seating area available but the food taste makes you forget all other things

The food is delicious. We ordered peri peri chicken tikka, peri peri chicken tikka roll for starters and butter chicken and paneer butter masala for dinner. It was yummy and it's at a reasonable rate. We loved it

Toh sabse phele karte hain location ki baat. The munching company hai jail road pe jiske nearest metro station hai tilak nagar vahan se walking distance hi hai, baaki aapki marzi aeroplane karlo.
Location kaafi sahi hai aur easily accessible hai, ek PRO tip dena chahunga ki kripa karke gaadi mat lana parking ki suvidaa nhi milegi, best hai metro se aao ya scooty se aur chahe toh dukaan ke andar khadi kardo

Ambience toh decent sa hai, family dine in place mai count nhi kar sakte but haan evening snack ke liye best hai. Friends ke saath jaoge toh maza hi aajayega, unke hisab se perfect jgha hai. Dosto ke saath aao mast momos khao, noodles khao maza hi aajayega️.
