Very good service. Your staff mr Rajeev from houskepping was very prompt with ensuring.breakfast and service was spectacular. We enjoyed the location as it was very close to a venue for our family function. The rooms are comfortable. The restaurant food too much option. We wish your staff the very best.

Amazing staff and services at Sarovar portico kapashera, we attended marriage function here, Neat n clean area, ambiance is good, found polite staff and hummble, young boys hired, good to see coming back this industry from pandemic time, met with Yatendra who was managing everything, I appreciate service. Stay was average. It's easily reachable from the airport. The rooms are furnished but decor can definitely be improved. Bathrooms were fine but cracked tiles and the total ambience is not worth a good review. The breakfast was ok. Not a big spread. Limited items to choose from. It's more like a budget hotel.
This is my fourth visit in this Hotel. I love this place because its Employees who treat me like a family members. Some staff names which I remember Rahul sharma, Rajesh Mishra, Rakesh, Rinku and More. I recommend this place for those want stay in Delhi

Hotel is gud.hospitality is worst.they treat rich with golden plate and moderate ppl wit iron plate.tat kind of mentality of the ppl u can notice from security to receptionist.simple example when i was checking in at hotel as went in local cab the security jus closing gate after a guest entered in bmw. Thn he came to me with woerd look and jus like for sake of opening he allowed the car inside as its raining.then he rushed up to entrance for grabing umbrella for bmw ppl.after he droped them to reception i was calling him to come with umbrella he was jus wandering and finally after 15 mins arrived to enquire whether i have booking.finally he took me inside wit umbrella.secondly at reception for checkin they send some attenders to carry bags and show the rooms.in my case again only bmw ppl had tat privelege pf attender, fpr me only instructions given "take lift and rsach 2nd floor ". Wat the hell world n ppl at sarovar muse.thanks will ensure never prefer any sarovar properties anywhere.
Bad plumbing and COOLING was malfunctioning. Rude behaviour of check in staff. I reached at 2am and despite sending ID card online. They took so long in scanning id of 40 people
More important thing is staff is well aware about the condition. After informing them their expression were like they knew it already and not taken preventive or corrective actions.
Receptionist only take care about the money after that they don't know what customer is complaining.
Even a request for drinking water took 2 hours to get fulfilled.
Highly disappointed with the hotel. Dirty rooms They provide water after 1 hour of request. We ordered a dish and they delivered something else. Manager was like sir please take it else it will be deducted from my salary Ac stopped working and we got the room changed at 8 am. Requested the management to increase our breakfast timings but request denied. No covid protocols being followed. No parking facility. I will never recommend this property to anyone. The GM has no timings to visit the property. They are treating this brand like an OYO hotel
If possible I could have given negative stars. Worst food worst front desk people worst service no privacy unnecessarily disturbance from outside then when we tried to complain the worst of all those front desk people they didn’t responded n when I scolded they even put blame on us in fact we were charged extra 1500 ra for the dinner which was included in our plan when we refused to pay they said ohk we will black list you such a pathetic hotel ther crowd comes is like cheap people unmannered groups of boys and girls not safe at alll
Excellent rooms. Jaipal, Vinesh and Anup was amazing. All are very polite and friendly Food was yummy.lots of options in breakfast. Love to visit again.
Had been a regular corporate guest of Sarovar and currently staying with my entire team. But extremely disappointed with a very rude staff and a poor customer care at Hotel The Muse Sarovar.
Would have appreciated a better service and courtesy atleast in denying a room dining order.
Would sincerely recommend to choose a better location that staying in this property.
Not that much fair enough with the hotel, I have stayed one day night.no telephone worked when I need some water no phone works, our side room there was a bad smell, I have asked to pack my breakfast and that is quite ok.
The rooms were neat & clean. But parking was an issue here. They have parking space outside the hotel premises. We had to request them to park in the premises. But hardly any parking space. The hotel was unstaffed maybe due to Covid.
Stayed for a day with a very bad experience, Bad food, Wrong orders, unprofessional and rude behaviour by hotel staff, water problem in washroom, no packed drinking water bottles in covid times, non working air conditioner and many more things. Booked the hotel because of the name and regretted after experiencing it.
Sarovar branding attracted me to book the place through goibibo and it showed closer to airport however on reaching I realised it was almost 10kms from airport. So, people who would like to stay closer to airport should stick to Aerocity itself. Food is good however menu options are limited. They have placed impressive room menu however half of the items are not present and the restaurant chap will push you to the regular fares. Rooms are neat and clean. Lobby is generally crowded during the day due to corporate and banquet events. Overall, an average experience in a shady location. At 3K, one can experience better hospitality in Delhi.
Great and safe place given the pandemic. All covid protocols were followed. The breakfast was an awesome Indian spread. The check-in process was smooth. Hotel is good close to airport. Nice and friendly staff with good variety of breakfast menu! Booked at reasonable price! Overall value for money! Also special thanksgiving to the Mr Jaipal at restaurant
I m amaze how it's 4 star. Serving is too poor. Choices in buffet also very limited and in taste it was only ok ok. But yes room is spacious but best part is TV, TV is der but not a single channel comes. It's like TV is only for show piece. It's good if u r going for some professional meeting but it's not a family type.

Rooms are good but ac were not working properly. No fans and ac centralisation made the situation worst during peak summers. Breakfast was very bad, everytime you have to crib for getting an empty cup, or tea or idli or puris and even butter and milk. Very miser attitude of the managers. Guests are at least priority and money at the first. They won't even care for your function to get spoilt for other last minute bookings for making more money. Ambience is good. Housekeeping staff is good but poor management with poor ethics.
The Hotel had a good atmosphere overall. Here's my no edits full experience.
Reached on a Friday afternoon. We stayed for 2 days. As we were vaccinated, we were entitled for a complimentary breakfast (offer valid till 16th July 2021). However the first day we missed the breakfast as we had to leave early for a meeting. The second day however, we had requested for their special takeaway breakfast which was of good quality and quantity. There was no one to help with our luggage to our rooms (maybe due to the corona conditions). But that was fine with us.
Once we checked in, we noticed the rooms were well kept and cleaned. We spent the first day in our rooms. The AC however kept fluctuating in temperature, which was not controllable even though the room had a physical switch to adjust it. Bathroom had fairly warm water at all times. There were tea/coffee sachets and 2 bottles of water in the room. The second day when we asked for a refill of the bottles, they said they would do it right away which ended up us waiting for 2 hours to eventually just call them up again to remind them. Finally, they brought the water. Other reviewers claim the breakfast is really good, but we missed it due to other commitments.
The next day evening I planned on using their pool and gym. However, we were told that, they had shutdown the pool terminally. So there goes my pool experience. After which we went to the gym for a moderate wokout session. The gym had equipments which included some dumbells (from smaller weights upto 15kg pairs) 4 cardio machines, an exercise ball, few yoga mats and even a water cooler as well. The room had a TV and AC, but they weren't functioning when we were working out.
The hotel had a long courtyard with ample natural lighting and lots of cozy seating spaces with plenty of books at disposal. They even have snooker/pool table. This particular area of the hotel was very calm and has a great vibe if you plan on spending your evenings.
Their restaurant has a good amount of seating space. However their list of menu is limited to very few dishes.
We checked out early at 5am. The hotel has an option to order for a takewaway breakfast (5am to 7am) if ur leaving early and we made sure to check this out. We got 2 handy kits which were kept ready by the time we reached the front desk. A single kit included 2 bananas, 2 cup cakes, 2 veg sandwiches and a Tropicana tetrapack juice. All in all we were happy with our stay at the hotel.
Pros. -Clean and tidy -Friendly staff -Nice takewaway breakfast option
Cons. -Swimming pool shut down terminally -Room AC temperature varied abruptly -Delays in delivering service at times -Though a 4 star hotel, felt more like a 3.5
I just checked in 3 rooms they gave the wrong rooms with single beds then wasted time and changed rooms the other room they gave have filthy cigarettes smell but the room says it is non smoking I don’t know what more bad is coming my way today
Food was fine, dinner was in room service which was unacceptable, as recently we had stays in same or higher catagory hotels where everything was routine along with cautions on sanitation and corona protocols. Room was fine, but the water drainge in bathroom was not in proper way. It us to stay until u viper out and which couldn't be performed by guest. Hence, will request the team Muse Sarovar Portico to pls take care of such issues.
Really good hotel.rooms were cleaned and sanitized properly.staff was helpful at all the times and even located at a good location closest metro station was aero city 10 mins from hotel.
Decent business hotel it is. A small property. We booked their banquet for our company annual meet. They have three banquet Halls. Won't recommend the Halls, because it's got pillers in-between. It's good for a small crowd like 30-40.
Their rooms are small but good. Staffs are polite and supportive.
Very poor service. TV was not working and refrigerator was not working (which eventually never worked). Service was very very slow. Hot water was not working.
Not like other Sarover Portico. In the room if you want to work on laptop table was there but chair was missing. Hangers was missing. Intercom wasn't working.
