The Nail Affair

I have been a regular customer here but I’m never coming back here again. Horrible service. Kindly do not depend on the availability of the staff even if you have taken an appointment as I took an appointment for 7: 00 pm and got delayed by 15 minutes cos of the traffic (I reached there by 7: 16) The person there told me we get 15 mins grace period and without even informing me gave the slot to someone else and asked me to wait for another 40 minutes so causally (waiting for 10 minutes is understandable but asking to wait for 40 minutes is ridiculous). The person who took my appointment had not mentioned to the staff too about my appointment, as when I reached the staff had no clue there was an appointment for today. Then the person who took the appointment was not even at the nail salon. Horrible service and waste of time. Never ever coming back here again. Not dependable at all.

Amazing staff and service! Muskan and Sooraj did a great job even thought it was getting late at night. They replicated the design exactly how I wanted!

It's almost been a week since I did my nail extension here. So happy with the nail service provided by the team also it's pocket friendly. The staff member does listen to your requirement and provide you with the same.

The lash extensions service was really disappointing. All the lashes fell off within 1-1.5 weeks even after taking necessary precautions and care.

Salon & ambience is great, but the nail artist was handling the nails very roughly. He was buffing the cuticles skin again & Again. He was in so much hurry to finish the job. The nails started breaking in 3rd day.
