Very rude staff. We entered and asked the price, they said 950 and when it came to billing they said 1950, upset, we tried to negotiate in mid way but they were so arrogant and didn’t listen and demanded money. It’s okay even if i made a mistake of hearing (which was not the case, I heard it crystal clear) they should’ve acknowledged and let it go with some mid way price but they were extremely rude. You lost a client with your attitude.
6 star service! A friend recommended eNail to us, so we walked in there without appointment. But the manager there (Deeba) was so polite and professional, She somehow managed to get our work done that too when they were packed with pre-booked appointments. All the staff was really good at their job & knew what the customers want. Highly recommended.:)
I think the manager really needs to learn how to provide customer service, cleanliness is not maintained.only old clients are asked for water and beverages by the nail artist.and manager is rude, prices are way to high compared to other branches.extensions were done nicely, but u dont feel welcomed.
