The Oakland Plaza @ Nehru Place

This time we feel cleanliness not good & service also not good. It was breakfast included but they tried to collect money from us.

I have booked One Family Suite Room for my Esteemed Guest for 3 Nights from 26th Oct to 29th Oct, at Orion Plaza Nehru Enclave, on the basis of Trust on your Team Miss Tina. She has shown wonderful pics of Rooms and she charged of 9000/- per Night and immediately forwarded me the Room details and Payment link. EVEN I SAID her that the Guest will be arrived at hotel and would pay on spot but she showed hotel policy that We have to do the Advance payment in respect of holding the Rooms, So, in her trust, I agreed and sent 5000 Advance payment against holding the Rooms. And the Room charge is 27000.

And Guest would be staying for Medical purpose but when the Guest reached Hotel and saw the allotted Rooms, he was totally dissatisfied with the Rooms and Service because of Mismanagement. And the photos that was shared to them it was totally opposite, Very small Rooms, No attendants are available, No Geysar and lot of Negative things are there, as if we have wasted our Money. WHEN THE GUEST IS ASKING FOR THE REFUND OF ADVANCE PAYMENT, you are telling us the policies. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR. YOUR WORK IS TO GIVE CUSTOMER 'S SATISFACTION AND FIX THE PROBLEMS TOO. Inspite of doing this, you are charging against the Customer. You all are Fraud and playing with Customer 's trust and Money.

Horrible rooms. Very bad smell in mattress. Bathroom closet covers broken. Towels dirty. Not worth staying here.

I booked two rooms for 5 of us. The location was good, very close to just 5 minutes walk to the metro station Nehru enclave. Safe and good car park space. I was there with my family for one day for a wedding shopping, therefore the purpose was solved as it is close to Lajpatnagar and South ex market. I landed early morning after a long flight so was desperate for an early check in, however we were strictly advised to check in not before 1pm, but since we did not have a place to stay we spend time at the restaurant but were allowed to check in by 11: 00am so that was a relief. The rooms were clean and spacious. We booked a suite with one bathroom and two rooms. The food was not very impressive. Limited dishes in the breakfast buffet. Room Service was good, however slightly delayed. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience. Would rate it 3.5

Faded soiled bed sheets, worn out power sockets, careless service, enough reasons for you not to book!

Rooms seems good in online but very untidy and zero cleanliness. Hospitality and behaviour is very poor. Only food is good.

Worst rooms even bathroom doors not working no hot water and they provide 10 rs Bislery as complimentary but will provide 60 rs Vedica water as paid

Only pro is its location. It was right in the center of Nehru place. However the room was untidy and hot water facility was not available when I went there. Service can be rated between poor and bad. Their cab service was the worst though. The driver was irresponsible and was looking to loot when there's a chance. Be super careful before making any payments.

Worst place ever to eat out. Very poor service, late delivery of food. We came to Tirupati from Delhi. I haven't seen a place more bad than this.

Been there on Sunday and was going experience. Good parking space. However food service was bit slow hence giving 4star otherwise rest everything was good

No lifts, no hot water, paints found peeled off inside room. Only one towel and one soap is provided for a double occupancy room.

When I reached the hotel, the management gave our room to someone else saying "NO SHOW" (despite having a confirmed booking via booking.com)

After a lot of fight, they gave us a room (which I was moved from 3 TIMES).

What you can expect from this Rs 4000 per night room:
Cockroaches
Bad smell
AC issues (imagine sweating in Delhi winters in December)
Broken doors and bathroom door knobs

Yes, rooms have view (underwears hanging outside apartments, definitely NOT city view)
No balcony (as mentioned on booking.com)

Corridors with dirty carpets (like the ones they show in C-grade movies)

Hot water only in morning and evening (Even 800 rs OYOs have 24x7 water!)

If you still need hot water, they are kind enough to keep ONE BUCKET for the entire hotel, for which they will bang your door at 6 am to return!
Poor management. Had to call multiple times to get their attention. Plus, they wont care even if you address your issues.

The only plus is the food. Expensive but worth every penny.

Courteous staff. Cozy in-house cafe. Good location.
But the hygiene and cleanliness of rooms was a huge disappointment. There were cockroaches in the room.

It was an horrible experience for my October 2021 travel timeline.

No lift, filthy stairs, bad bedding, tiles out of place in room, filthy toilets what more you can ask for? When you pay for your stay?

I think smart travellers should avoid this place until things are worked up on.

Ambience is very good. And the dinning experience was good. The place is clean and well maintained. The staff is cordial and helpful.

The room was overall fine (except a few mosquitos and a cockroach roaming around the bed). Service was excellent (if you remind them 2-3 times what you need, you'll definitely get the item).

In this setting, the ambiance is pleasant. It was a pleasure to din here. An ideal location for a romantic evening. After a thorough cleaning, the area was sanitized and disinfected.

Top notch service. Top notch staff. The receptionists are well trained and good. Rooms are amazing. Central AC is amazing. They have a cafe that provides room service which has such great food. It's a 10/10. And when I say it's good enough trust me it is good enough

Not good at all … ac, telephone is not working and most importantly all the outside sounds coming in … you can’t sleep. I’m totally disappointed to be here and staff is not listening complaints

This hotel is way too good then it appears in pictures. They have a proper sanitation in their rooms which is remarkable.

Was there for Munawar's show and deeply disappointed by the congested venue. The staff did little to nothing to make up for it.

This is the best place for dine in as the food was so amazing and the service was super fast. I recommend you to visit this place and try once.

The rooms were amazing and the amenities were great. The size of the room was big enough and the washroom was also really clean and nice. The hotel services were also great.

I reached hotel late night, man who was sleeping at the reception, clearly refused that this is hotel and asked me to get out and find out other hotel, it was mid night and this is new place for me, I looked around for accommodations near by, I come back to this stupid hotel again but no one was there.the security guard then suggested me to hotel Fab Asshrya which is near by.
The behavior of the man at reception was disgusting.

Every single thing about this hotel is of utmost standard. Starting from the room which is well arranged, to the food, yes the breakfast is at best, to the staffs who are highly trained.

Suggested by a friend and now I ll suggest it to many, the Orion plaza completely stood up to my standard. They have super professional staffs who knows how to greet and maintain a healthy relation with customers.

I stayed for 3 days during a tour to Delhi and they provided me a comfort stay. Location is near Neheru palace so it's easy to roam around in morning. A visiting place was covered easily. Aroma was good and location is really accessible.

Room maintainance was really good.highly recommended if anyone need a budget stay and a prime location.

It was during pandemic I stayed there for quarantine myself after a business tour. A homely environment. Spacious room with wide balcony. Proper ventilation provided to each room.

Loved the food their. Rooms are pretty large and spacious. Air ventilation was good at Oakland Plaza. We served with paneer makhani and naan in our lunch and trust me it was delicious.

The location was great. It's near Neheru palace so if any tourist wants to have a good location in budget hotel prefer Oakland plaza. They have these big bedrooms and yes neat and clean.

The Hotel was Great location, attractive public rooms, comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, attentive service, good breakfasts.all things was Excellent.

The most important thing in a hotel is the comfort. Staffs were well trained and welcome you with a whole hearted smile. You are a call away to reach any of your need and thats really great.

Dirty rooms. Took me two hours to get the bed sheets changed by them. The staff is polite and courteous. Then the tv wasn't working because the socket was faculty. Then I told them to help me out. Instead of fixing it themselves they asked me if I had a pen to put inside that loose socket. I mean yes a pen is not expensive but dude you're charging enough money for it to be working at least. Wasted another hour. Other things in horribly dusty condition. Can't even explain. One star for the staff only

When i find hotel full hour in the night, they already cancel my booked room.i find new hotel again.so stuped service.
