I feel extremely proud and happy writting this review. Ocean pearl has treated us like their family. Their cooperation with us has been unmatched which is why we have done over 4 functions at their property now including destination weddings. Their sales staff is one of the best and will try to accommodate every little demand. Special mention to Rajeev ji and Sanjay ji. Extremely happy with them and recommend them to everyone.

Staff was very soft spoken and sweet. Had a great event. Rooms are made well and have enough space. Room service food was decent and catering was done well.

Not trustworthy dealings, Your online booking may not be accepted by them if they get better prices from other customer.

This hotel is fraud, even after confirmation over the call regarding my booking they denied us and said we have not received any booking and our hotel is complete booked.

Bed has lot of bugs. Linens are super dirty. No facilities and staff is not courtesy at all. Charged extra money despite booking online. Had to ask for basis toiletries. Which was not given at all. No kitchen or service available. Sends the Thela waala chai in morning at double rates than thela waala charges. Mosquitoes are in ample quantity. U will be choked with cigarette smoke and loud noises as other guest (locals probably) does whatever they want and staff can't control them at all. Scary.

The resort is nice. Was here for 2 days. Food is awesome. Snacks were also very good. The difficulty I faced were.lift was not working. Room did not have any information card on intercom numbers. The Tata Sky was not working. Menu for room.service was also not provided. Bed was found dirty when I entered the room. Had to get it changed. We had 20 rooms booked. A few rooms did not have intercom. This has to be looked by the management.

Lots of options you have in your hands along with for party n dining as well. Rooms are neatly clean n rat every this good all amenities n good space with sibling pool n different locations.

One of the worst properties I have ever been to. The staff is rude they don't give you the work you ask for. Cooperation level zero. I did my sister's wedding and they gave a pathetic service in terms of both decoration and food.food was not served in time and the food was cold as well. Also the decoration part is the worst they have got the worst decorator in the whole of Chattarpur they ask you for good amount of money and in return you get nothing. I did pay an ample amount to them but in return they gave me some old pathetic looking decoration. Don't visit this property for any family function. They charge a lot and don't give the results. Prefer other properties this is one of the worst property.

I must say it's a beautiful venue for hosting functions like - parties & weddings. They have both Indoor party hall & outdoor party lawn which can cater 1000/- people gathering easily. Prices I really don't knw and must check with the management.

A very good place to organize your Functions. Mr. Mahender (GM) and his supporting Team of Mr. Kuldeep and Mr. Yogender were EXCEPTIONAL & SUPPORTIVE.

The function of my son's wedding went off beautifully. The place and infrastructure was perfect. Food was delicious. The response and cooperation of the staff was brilliant. Mr Mahinder and Mr Yogendra were there right from planning to execution.

New built in, spacious and comfortable space inside and outside with valle parking and delicious food.

Spacious, elegant and grand! These three words would explain the place per best. One of the best things about this place is parking which was seperate from the party lawns making it organised and well maneuvered. Open area was graveled well and was very comfortable to move across plus the surrounding glasses and decor inside the banquet placed 5 stars over the place. Food was delicious and fresh! Can't get any better. One advice: the fruit stall should be placed at a more convenient place where everyone can visit it.

Good location, decent infrastructure. Hospitality is fine. Can do 3 large size parties/ marriages at one go. Have reasonable accommodation. Overall good place.

Good infrastructure.but service is poor. Food Quality poor.no taste at all.
Toilet not in proper Ratio.no child friendly urinal in the washroom.the soap dispenser is only on one side.do they expect everyone to wash without soap.sad to c that just a nice property without focus on service.

Nice place. Lots of open spaces. Most of all very responsive service. The care and love in the restaurant brought back memories of my mother.

It's fine. But some bad odour comes from room even after they used room freshener also and mosquitoes problem is there in room. Food is fine but not excellent enough

Lift nit functioning during programme. Could not go down the stairs with with person having problem. Had to return back home without attending the show held on 30th August

One one the best Hotel cum resort in South Delhi. They also have spaces for big events and marriages and a very good in-house restaurant.

Nice location and approach road, friendly staff, good food and amenities. Went for a corporate training.

Small dirty rooms. The cleaning is bad and the furniture is not in good condition. The air-con never worked at night, and the temperature in the room was way too hot. MOST of the staff speak English so be careful becsuse there are big chances that they will misunderstand you. Bad breakfast: very very poor! Restaurant is a big problem because the waiters don't speak a word of English. They serve you dishes you have never ordered. Bad manners, they never apologise for a bad service. The only good thing about this hotel is the WIFi connection and one of the receptionist (Sorry, I don't remember his name). You're better off skipping this hotel!

Not a good property considering Ambience and Services. In case you don't get good option for your event you may plan this one.

We had our corporate annual party here. Located in Chattarpur which is full of resorts and banquets, this is one of them. The space is less with more space provided to the building and auditorium area. The arrangements were good and is also easily spotted from the main road.

Good place. Incorrect marking of their entry location in maps. Parks are not huge but covered areas can have huge gatherings

Parking is very far away from the hall, you have to walk down dusty patch back to the marriage hall. Secondly, their air-conditioning is in pathetic order. There were portable ac to compensate, but they were in effective. Sub par experience vis a vis other farm houses near by.

It was an official outing and we found no interesting facts at this location. The male anchor was too boring and the game he was anchoring is like OMG the disgusting games. I will not be there if got any other opportunity.

We had a our daughter marriage at The Ocean Pearl Gardenia at Chattarpur, New Delhi. It was a one week party with cocktails and dinner in the Banquets Hall. The resort made EXCELLENT arrangements in terms of food, arrangements with very friendly efficient and courteous staff. A very special mention for Chef GOVIND SINGH GAIRA who prepared mouth watering veg as as non veg snacks and excellent non veg food and desserts. Strongly Recommended and total value for Money. Thanks also to chef Govind Singh gaira who handled the entire function in an excellent manner. Thank You.

Nice place, it's small, attended a conference there and the hall was pretty big. The facilities have a lot to be desired.

One of the worst place in Delhi NCR. Management is so bad they don't know how to treat guest. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Please save your money, time and energy and never Come here ever.

The rubbish food, service and hospitality.

Had a horrible experience of organising my daughter’s Wedding function. They have empaneled totally unprofessional and unethical decorators who are just there to cheat you and loot you. They take full money in advance and provide you not even half of what was agreed upon. And are extremely rude. Use broken and dirty furniture and linen, scanty and stale flowers. And all this is happening with the connivance of local management. Please avoid this place for organising your functions here.
