Located very close to cannought circus, this hotel has a good location.
Check in was professional and fast, rooms good, neat and tidy. The restaurant has a wide range to choose from.

I had the worst experience at The Park, CP.
The rooms were not nicely done and the bedsheets were stained. Had to ask the staff thrice to change that and still no answer.
Our breakfast buffet was inclusive of the booking but still these people were charging for cold coffee which was provided for free the previous day. I mean I was in shock as I had never experienced anything like this before.
Toiletries weren't given on time and we had stayed there for 3 days and every day was a task.
Had to call the bell boy 3-4 times for the luggage. They have these highly scented corridors on each floor which gives you a headache.
I have had very good experiences with other hotels cheaper than The Park or even equivalent. Not worth it!

Great location.in the heart of Delhi.but very prone to theft.be very careful with personal belongings here.phones, purses.bunch of thieves run amok in this hotel.

This hotel is showing its age. The room needs to be renovated on yesterday basis and be kept clean. The only thing going for this place is the service and the location. Otherwise can be given a pass.
Initially they gave me one of the old rooms where everything was dirty. Upon walking down to reception room was changed promptly.

My room was a little shabby, with rust stains, visible traces of cleaning product and a toilet seat that fell off. There was an odd feature in the middle of my room (photo).
The pool, spa and gym were all closed. Loud music in the pool area, also quite late at night.
Overall the hotel had a luxurious vibe but it seemed they were not quite able to maintain the standard.

I was there to visit one of my friend staying in # 810 yesterday i.e. 23 rd March. I did vist this hotel long back very often. I useto like the place very much. But yesterday. I got shock as soon as I entered lobby. It was clearly giving a negetive vibe. Receptionist was requested to contact the room. She informed phone is not answering. We waited and twice more same thing happened. Then we called my friend on cellphone and found the room teliphon is not working. However we went up and my friend requested the HK personal to repair the same. We stayed in room till 10.30 pm nothing happened phone was still not working. Room chir was stained, fabric was slightly torn wash room ventilation was not proper. Floor carpets was shabby. My friend was quite upset. We came down and raised the matter to reception personal.

But it is shocking. A renowned 5 star hotel in such bed shape. I really felt bad.
I don't know how this room was cleared for sale.ideally it should have blocked for sale. It appears MD/ MDs are not looking after the property well. Sorry.

If u r in delhi for work in and around Connaught place or d CBD, this is a fairly ok accomodation. People prefer this place for a night s stay during business trips.
Little steep for the amenities it provides.
The toilet and bathroom are connected which may not b comfortable for most as a person wanting use the toilet/ bathroom would be stuck as the other would b using it.

Beds r comfortable.service is good. Staff is warm. Breakfast is ok. Fairly ok place to stay though.

Great location advantage - well connected and sitting in the heart of the city - but the reputation of the brand is missing here - the ambience of the rooms and the facilities there in needs to be looked into - creaking doors, non- functional switches, inadequate illumination levels, etc, are some of the available features in the rooms here!

Breakfast was good, lunch tandoor Chicken was too salty. Panner in the curry was really soft I liked it. On the whole you can visit once

I stayed in this hotel because a conference that I was presenting was hosted in this hotel. My shocker started since the time my car pulled into the hotel. It was a narrow entrance and I was welcomed by the building that has tiles falling off from the facade. The front desk would have been bigger in a 3 star hotel. Staff were OK, I noticed a lack of warmth in the front desk. The worst was when I checked into my room. It was old, small and nothing better than a cheap hotel. The towels in the bath room seem to have a long legacy like the hotel itself. I am still in the shock on how can this hotel be a 5 star. Unfortunately, I have one more night to spend. Will not returning to this property again.

Not very great experience. Lobby carpets are not clean, ripped. Room curtains and washroom curtains look dirty. Only USP about the hotel is its location. Room size is also small as compared to other hotels with the same tariff.

They told us it’s a premium room but gave us a scrap room. Everything in the room they provided is a scrap. After few arguments they upgraded me to a suite room. That upgrade is even worse. I think THE PARK has lost its glory. Better to skip this hotel

I stayed here for two days Very Bad Experience of my stay it was with The Park. The lock of the Door came out and was very dirty room uncleaned room.the distance between the commode and table was not even an inch so gave lot of trouble in stay and the breakfast line was so much that have to wait for an hour to take breakfast really bad it was

Old hotel need updates. The rooms on the lower floors are a bit small, weird glass doors for bathrooms which leaves a gap. Upper floor rooms are spacious with great view. Old phones, carry adapters for your US devices. It also need technological updates. No microwave or refrigerator, has a cooler though. Free breakfast but nothing special to write home about. Everyday almost same menu, even same sambhar and chutney, which gets boring very quickly. No special menu even for New Years though they charge a higher price for that day's stay. Free internet for two devices per room. Good location. Comparable to Holiday Inn US.

Didn't like the infrastructure. Bathroom door can't be closed and anyone can open them from outside. It's bit old property. Remaining facilities and food wise it's good and location is CP so everything is accessible by walking distance.

The worst hotel i have ever stayed, they rent rooms without AC working. Need too many followups to report that. Manager asks customers to stay in the suffocating rooms. Iam not coming back to this hotel nor my family and friends.

It was Poor indeed! Bad service, I mean they don’t even take out the plates all night from the common isle infringe of the rooms even after multiple calls to the lobby no one comes. Too easy with COVID protocols. Washroom was not clean, you expect them to be crystal clean when its just beside your bed, but nope! The air conditioning was very low and reason for that was The room was at the corner. I can go on and on. I would never want to stay in an hotel like this which is a waste of money! Except the front desk staff and a few staff like Nitin, balwinder and Vineela who were well behaved. The stay wasn’t pleasant.

Impeccable taste, and an array of delectable dishes curated and prepared by an experienced chef. A must visit for the food connoisseur. Gobble up guys and enjoy. Their pastry shop follows the same recipes they did 20 years back in Calcutta now Kolkata.

Very comfortable rooms, convenient and centrally located as just 100 metres from Connaught place. My stay was very enjoyable, good choice of food and Beverages.

Really not happy with the standard of the room and the hygiene level maintained flies in room, the switch board conditions pathetic pictures have uploaded and above all staff was not friendly except the front desk people. Hotel ll charge 500 Rs +GST for empty plates if you bring food from outside. I travel a lot never saw this thing in any hotel. I am regular guest of park Kolkata there they don't charge anything even outsidefood also allowed here the thing is different, Sad to see all this.

Booked buffet via eazydinner and once I reached there the restaurant refused to honour the booking and said no buffet dinner available. Very poor attitude of the staff

Third rated hotel extremely untidy. Coffee cups were not washed inspite of asking the house keeping staff to clean our rooms, linen was not changed. For breakfast we need to stand like beggars due to a very compact restaurant. Items served in breakfast were at par with a 2 star hotel. Dental kit, shaving kit were not provided till we ask them. Loud music was being played till 3 AM in the morning in their banquet hall causing hell lot of inconvenience to the resident guests. No faucet in the toilets. I can call it a third rated 2 star hotel with 5 star categorization.

The hotel has visitor policy and we cant meet people as per our convenience.

Bad Customer Service. Untidy Rooms. Pillow Covers with some weird big spots on it as if somebody spitted on it. Asked the room service to change it 3 times but no action was taken. Torned Sofa's. Look at the attached images. Doesn't looks like The Park is spending any money on maintenance.

A hotel that offers premium internet services to purchase after you have already paid 150-200 dollars for a nights stay. Their regular wifi is just garbage

Not the 5 star / 4 star variety that we expect.
Many rooms do not have hand showers. Hospitality wise not very satisfying since room cleaning was not done on weekends. Hot water was not available at 845 am for shower. Reception asks for complete payment while checking in even for corporate booking. Toiletries were not available when I entered the room. Getting that via call takes 20 min from house keeping dept. Breakfast spread is ok, however, dosa and omlette counter crowds up like hell, everyone waiting for their dishes and it becomes difficult for the chefs to keep count (chefs are doing their best given the tough situation they face every morning).

For anything you ask, 'no' is an immediate response and then you need to negotiate your way through to achieve partially.

Only advantage of this hotel is just the location. Tiny rooms, mini bathroom with broken glass doors. Very poor service. Just an Indian breakfast with few breads. Can you believe, 60ml frooty tetra pack was kept at the juice counter. I doubt its five star property. Would like to give single star for the buffet breakfast. And more annoying is the queue for everything from checking in, breakfast buffet to checkout too.

We hosted a Roka ceremony here and they had slow service, cold and bland starters and rude staff. They were just reheating all the starters and serving them again and again. Just pathetic. They were also not concerned about refilling the desserts stations when it was running out of items. Will never ever recommend to have a social/personal event here. The decor and DJ setup was also late and not appropriately placed. We had to redo the arrangements.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel experience. Not even a 3 star hotel experience.

Due to pendamic, the virtual meetings had become the norm, so attending the live session of #9thAnnualChefsSummit2021 was a delight today at #ParkNewDelhi.

The day started with panel discussions followed by Award Ceremony. President ICF, Chef Devinder Kumar and  many other renowned Chefs and other eminent personalities attended the event. MC of the event Kandla Nizhowne, made the event lively with her intermittent jokes, shayri and great sense of humour.

Some enlightening discussion s on healthy and sustainable food were held which was the theme this time. Pendamic has made to think about, how we all managed with whatever little available, can be made nutricious with less wastage. We got to know that seventeen percent of food is wasted every year which is not a good sign. Mass production of food, large showcase of buffet should not be encouraged. Chefs have to be careful while making food as it is going to effect the health of the people consuming it. Chefs have a vital role to play to keep a check on the source of the ingredients. Plant based food should be encouraged while keeping the balance.
Innovations, fusion cuisines should be encouraged while maintaining the authenticity of dish.

Awards were given to the deserving candidates. The Golden Hat recipient is Chef Rajiv Janveja, Silver Hat goes to Mahendra Khairiya, Lifetime achievement Award went to Sireesh Saxena and the newly introduced late Mr Anil Bhandari Chef of the year Award went to Lukesh Bajaj.

Park Hotel, New Delhi hosted the event with great spread of delectable delicacies and high tea after the award ceremony.

It is made quarantine centre for doctors of Rml hospital but it was never told to me neither on their site or even during my call to property. I guess I am exposed to virus and I have to quarantine for few days. Pathetic from hotel I am going to send them legal notice for this

The roof collapsed in my washroom jus above the toilet ceat.luckily no one got injured but the intensity would have left me wounded badly.this raises questions regarding SAFETY REGULATIONS of a five star hotel. Jus making a hotel seem beautiful and luxurious from the outside while it's inner core is rotting away seems to be it's policy.above that the attitude of the manager Mr tarun is unacceptable after sucha incident.jus getting a degree in hospitality is not enough.he needs a class on public dealing coz he's jus not upto the mark

Very bad experience just to book a cabana setup.these people ruined my entire plans.on one call they say it is possible and give me the rates.on the next call they tell me its not possible.then say we will confirm next morning before 9.and here they are not even a call that its not possible.when I call them again they say it's not Possible.so now I am left with no plans on my husband's birthday.thank u aqua the park for just ruining everything.

Aqua The Park cannaught place Delhi

The only alfresco pool side bar in the city with the most breathtaking view of the Hussain sagar lake makes this one of my most favorite hang out place in the city. Its a place where I can enjoy a crazy night out with friends on a Friday where the place becomes lively with Phoenix Band playing live in action. Its a perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy the ambiance with a amazing view of the lake over looking the infinity pool.

I came here on a Thursday the other day and to my surprise I got to know that's its a karaoke night. The only place in the city that boast of an open air karaoke with a large screen by the pool side. With signature cocktails and the delectable finger food on their menu, I enjoyed my heart out that night with my friends. I'm not a great singer but it's different fun when u sing along with friends and end up ruining the most classic songs)

For me the ambiance was the highlight, service was quick and efficient. In fact I was surprised by some innovative out of the box cocktails done by the bartender on our request. Do not miss out on some great finger food, try the stir fired chilli and garlic chicken.

Aqua might be small but private parties are very well managed here. Small groups would enjoy a pool party at this place for sure. The food was good, cocktails and mocktails were great and pricing was also decent.

Food was ok, but when you bring the price to the equation, it leaves plenty to wonder about. Coffee was dismal for INR 295. You could have atleast added some marshmallows. All in all an ok experience.

Great food. Chef and staff were so considerate about our gluten free requirement. In fact the chef Mr. Ashutosh came to enquire with us a couple of times to make sure everything is ok.

With a vast variety of food options, this is definitely a decent place to dine at. It's well lit ambience gives it an energetic appeal. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The live match playing on the projector was a let down as the screen was not bright enough to easily view. Also because of it's open entry in the hotel lobby almost every other person walked in only to realize that they had walked into a restaurant. The entry point had a place for an attendant however no body was their stationed there.

If you are looking for late night parties in town, this is the place to be. The cover may vary from time to time. 3k per person approx

The restaurant is nice and it has the facility of live singing and dj as well. The food is good but very expensive. Not recommended for middle class audience. Once in a blue moon or in a month could be done in case if interested in canaught place. Because the audience is very elite.

Went for a dinner buffet here. The starters were average so we got on to the main course, it was also average. An wedding was also going on at that time so there was helluva noise. I would say the desserts were the saviour.

Beautiful pool side, awesome ambience, went for celebration of karvachauth n it was mind blowing.

Though a lot of options were laid on table, a variety of breads etc, food was good but not mind blowing. The staff was corporative enough to look after the kid, while we clicked some photos around.

You know a restaurant is bad when you have to ask multiple staff for the same thing multiple times. Though we were the only ones eating in here at the time, the staff were very unattentive and rude. When food was served after waiting ages, the waiter managed to spill the raita all over the table and ask my cousin who ordered a chicken burger whether it would be ok to include the bacon in the burger- bearing in mind he is a Muslim. The breakfast spread was not great.

It is a cafe, part of the Park Hotel. Ambience needs to be improved further specially the hygiene.

The hotel is one of the best place in this most VIP location, The hotel staff is good and well behaved. The food quality is awesome! Must try their chicken items here.

Easy to miss the entry, but a U-turn is available.
Was very crowded, mostly tourists and groups hosted at the hotel. The spread for main course was not much but the service of the starters, pizza and live counter left little scope. Amazing service from Ashu, got us pink sauce pasta and was very warm.

I didn't have a very great experience at this restaurant. Waiters visit your table after repeated calling. The taste of the food was also not great.

Both Aqua (pool side) and Agni (indoor) were great experiences where my brother, Vijay Arora, DJ Miles and DJ A. Y played Techno and Deep House mixes. It was an amazing experience when Techno and Deep House has not made such a reach in the National Capital Region.

Had a bad experience there in the club.some local indian self style don came in the club and make us shift our private booth n they broke bottles on the dance floor

It's awesome view inside a hotel here I was enjoy that place with awesome ambiance and polite staff with yammi food and here it's also you can do meetings, party's, kitty party, training meetings

It's 3.5 stars for me. The location is good. Ambience also good. It's a open place. They have a pool inside. Food was not so good. Even starter were okay kind they didn't have much variety. For vegetarians not a good place, me being non-veg not a problem but non was also not much tasty. Music was too good.

They have two restaurants one is Mist and other is Fire (Agni). Agni is their bar and lounge and has a discotheque too. Mist is for someone who just want to enjoy food, (I guess it is their restaurant where buffet is served and you can order manually too). I went to Mist restaurant. Well lighted area, elegant and beautifully design, staff is also helpful. Food is nicely served and made with keeping everyone in mind. Salads, soups, fruits, deserts and main course all is there and served beautifully. Only one thing which i dont like is that all veg and non veg is on same table which is hard to recognise sometime. Other than that food was great. I enjoyed my dinner there.

Room:
Interiors were calming. Bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was also well maintained. The view was magnificent. Waking up to jantar mantar and various other buildings is a bliss. The room has a smartTV.
Food:
This was the best part. Wide range, ranging from healthy vegetables and fruits to cheese platter, they had everything to offer. Fresh bread and cakes were delicious.

The hotel offers convinient check in and check out. The staff is helpful.
The hotel offers a pick and drop system from the airport.
The room has chocolates, alcohol, tea and coffee, kettle etc.

It's a good hotel but I wouldn't rate it with 5 stars because the windows are not sound proof and during the evenings I was there, there were parties too noisy that disturbed my sleeping until late in the night.

Quality of catering staff at a wedding reception seems to have plummeted to an abysmal low. Overall the hotel facilities have deteriorated over time. The Human Resources dept.of the hotel needs to do some introspection.

Went to their club, Agni. No crowd was there on Christmas eve at the peak of night at around 1 am. Food was blah. Staff was very lazy.

It is a good place to visit but very costly. The ambience is great and the service is awesome. But food quality and taste and variety is not upto the cost and reputation. Go if you have got gourmet passport

It was the most horrible experience! The room we stayed in had broken utensils and the linens weren't washed properly. The food was tasteless and costed us 20K for just a night's stay with all the horrible services!

This is a five star hotel. It is amazing in service. If you are planning to stay here thn go ahead. You will get satisfied

The check in was smooth, rooms are good. Great breakfast spread, however the Service staff at the restaurant is quite incompetent and rude. Service with a smile is obviously not their motto.

One word for the park "Awesome" well class and sweet supportive staff. Must visit food is also up to the mark.

Worst experience in a 5 star ever.the staff is so rude. We asked for a coffee, they said it's available in other restaurant. We offered to pay in the other restaurant but requested the staff to serve it in Aqua, as my other friends were having drinks there. But the staff outrightly refused.very bad experience

This hotel may have been stunning, once. But now it is an exceedingly overpriced location. The throw pillows on the bed ALL had stains on them, as if they've never been washed. Breakfast buffet was acceptable, with a fresh egg/omlette station. Wait staff often forget to bring things out, or were heavily delayed. The bathroom was exquisite and modern, but the room was falling apartment. Unsafe electrical outlets, heavily chipped furniture and CARPET STAINS throughout all the of the hallways. Staff was moderately helpful. Whiskey prices were 2x as much as in the US. If you're looking for luxury, this is absolutely not the hotel for you. If you need a place to crash for more money than it's worth, bingo

Worst club with no crowd and food is so expensive but not worthy. Tasteless food. Ambience was very poor. There are clubs better than this near to it. One should not waste money here. There are clubs like Privee and Hype which are 10 mins far only from Agni that provides best ambience and food and music!

I found this to be an excellent hotel. The staff are always ready to help, and you see that as soon as you walk in the door. Rooms are great and clean. It's also good to know that they take security seriously.

Total disappointment. Very limited menu. Pasta was not even properly cooked. Taste of most of the dishes are not good. Worst experience

Whenever I am Delhi one can find me in PARK.the location is just awesome.i always stay there. Rooms are well done and Breakfast is really good. Dinner is also good. Only minus point is that you don't get early check-in as the Hotel is always full

I stayed here one night as the normal hotel where we stay was sold out. The hotel location is the highlight. It is literally a two minute walk from Connaught Place, Delhi.

I gave my laundry at about 8 am and was told that I would get it back at 6 pm, but I had to leave for a flight urgently by about 1 pm. I spoke to the laundry and asked them to give me my clothes in any state that they were. But Miss Bina in the laundry assured me that she would get my clothes cleaned and ready by the time I leave. And yes, I did get it cleaned and pressed well in time! Kudos!

There were only three starters, out of which 2 got over in half an hour after which they said that the starters were finished and they can't make more!
The single starter they had was overcooked.
The chowmein was extremely salty.

Both food variety and food quality was pathetic.
The hotel looks like a 2 star hotel & not 5 star.

This is a review for the buffet lunch at the Mist restaurant. The variety of the spread is good with many salads veg and non veg, 2 types of soups, a live counter for Chinese, 3 non veg main course curries, lots of vegetarian curries, bread basket, steamed rice and noodles. At the end there were many desserts as well.

Starting with the salad, some of them were really over salted. And the shrimp salad was under salted.

At the live counter there was no staff and apparently we were supposed to make it ourselves which was pretty inconvenient.

The non veg main course was okayish. The chicken curry pieces didn't have the spiciness throughout.

The veg dishes were delicious.

The desserts were perfect. There were 10-12 of them and I recommend every one of them except the ras malai which just didn't taste as it should.

Before you go to Agni, check the day.as the song they play are mostly Hollywood and if you like desi songs. You have to select the dasi day to enjoy it
