The Pet Point- Pet Store & Grooming Parlour

My review is regarding the online purchase i made.
First they claim to do FREE Shipping on orders above 799/- and clearly they didn't offered this deal.
Secondly they take 2-3 days just to process your order
Thirdly their courier partner is a drama queen they take another 3 days just to pick up the courier.
Its been a week since i placed a prepaid order and i still haven't received any shipping confirmation.

Please avoid buying from them online.

I am from Pune and placed an order for some items and paid Rs 5022. Now they have stopped responding to my request for receipt and date of delivery of those items. Hope I have not been cheated!

Worst store for online, they are sleeping while packing the product they had ship dog pet food instead of cat food

Ridiculous service. I had ordered for the pet food online placed an order for 4 Kg dog dry food and they sent only 2 KG dry food. I have a dog who is on special diet of Monge No Grain food which costs around 1700 for 2 Kg. I had 3400 for my order as I had placed for 4 kgs instead recieved only 2 kgs. Dropped them emails, text messages, calls but in vain. It’s beeen 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for revert. Spoke to the owner Akshay Mahendru who assured to solve my concerns but he is MIA after I had shared my order ID and details. Also has sent him the pictures of the product recieved still no revert. Lost my time, money and energy on them. Would never recommend to shop from them.

The owner guided me about the overall process.

Before they will give you any puppy, They will check the health and the movements of the pet to make sure that customers doesn't face any issue

They will advise you to take the puppy to a vet and get the test done so that you can be 100% sure about the pet's health

*******The most important point****
There are alot of pet shops in delhi who will give you breed guarantee on a hand written certificate of their shop however
breed guarantee along with the puppy's details has to be on a government registered certificate (which i got to know by the owner of the pet point)

The owner doesnt brag about the tenure of the business (like others who says we are 30years old in the business and fool their customers with hand written breed guarantee certificate)

One of the best places to get your dog groomed.
The people are extremely friendly and helpful. Money well spent.

Worst online service. They cheated me, i ordered 3kg cat food after many weeks when i contacted them nobody picked up and now they sent met two 1.2 kg packet. Very disappointing customer service

Delivery takes too long. We have to contact them multiple times to ensure that the package has been picked up. Sometimes customer service reps are not available on call. The store persons are unable to help with online purchases.

The owner Karan is worst person to deal with.he hasn’t provided us any papers for the pup.and the golden retriever has bitten my kid badly which isn’t trait of this breed.so I feel the breed is nt pure.we called him up for resolution but he hasn’t reverted. I will soon upload the pics on social media to show how the pet has bit my kid.and would take legal action against the owner.

These guys are cheaters. Please don't buy stuff online. Or if you do opt for cash on delivery. I paid upfront, and when my parcel was delivered it had other items, and that too, only half of my order was delivered. Very unprofessional and unethical way of running business.
I had to call them 3-4 times, and then the parcel was actually shipped. Now just think about how much pain I have to take to claim my money back? May be they never wanted to ship my order in first place.

Please avoid these guys; they cannot be trusted.

Trust me I contacted atleast 30 pet stores. Before I cud finalise.

We planned to get a beagle for our kids and after concluding our research for best pet suppliers, we ended up approaching ‘ The Pet Point’ following their rating.

But it turned out to be great disappointment owing to below reasons:

-Disappointing customer care experience- We had to follow them for long, it took them a week to respond.

-Their deceitful behavior, initially they told beagle will cost INR 24000/- but later they bill us INR 28,000, giving the excuse that puppy’s ‘both parents’ are imported.

-Online we paid them token amount of INR 5000/, but due to technical snag, it got processed in few days, we speculated that it failed. Thus, we made complete payment again, but later found initial amount also got credited in their account.

We are following them continuously from last 5 months, but they are not complying it.

So, a beagle puppy from them has cost us INR 33,000.

So, our entire experience with them was distressing, they are not at all accommodating. Their reckoning reviews are just an eyewash.

Plz can anyone tell that there are guinea pigs or hamster. And I have to tell that this is a good shop to by dogs and cats etc. I have buyed golden retriever and his lifespan is 12years 3months and he's jinda.

Just visited this place and I'm glad to report that they have quality products with a vast variety. It'll surely satisfy your quest to provide top of the line care for your beloved buddy. Deducting one star for very poor parking facility in the congested market where their shop is located. So if you're new, be sure to look out for parking of your vehicle as soon as you enter the rajouri garden main market.

It has a wide variety of products, but Not everything is available. You don't need to pay MRP on things. They always have some discount.

I searched atleast 10 pet shops before visiting him. Found the best puppy from them

Very unprofessional people. If they are not willing to do their job with decency then there is no point of doing it at all. I would suggest everyone to NOT buy dog from here. There are plenty more good shops in Delhi.

People are really helpful and knowledgeable here. They will get you the best breed and also if you have any problems. Ask them. All the services are great. Well done guys.

The staff is extremely friendly and cautious while taking care of our fury friends. They have Top quality products. It's weird that their are negative reviews about this place because 4 of my family members are their clients and their hasn't been a single complaint. Pure breed dogs and best services are provided.

I choose our little baby boy through Pet Point and since he has arrived he has become the apple of our eyes. A beautiful healthy pup was delivered from Delhi to Ahmedabad. Can't thank Karan enough for sending Simba to us. Highly recommend Pet Point incase you plan on extending your family

They have alot of variety in food and toys for all sort of pets, the prices are reasonable better than a lot of other pet shops
