My recent visit to The Punter House left me underwhelmed and somewhat disappointed with the overall dining experience. While I had hoped for a satisfying meal and pleasant ambiance, there were several aspects that fell short of expectations.

Ambiance:
The Punter House's ambiance left much to be desired. The interior was dimly lit, giving it a rather gloomy atmosphere. The decor seemed dated and in need of a refresh. The noise level was also quite high, making it difficult to hold a conversation without raising one's voice.

Service:
Service was a major letdown during my visit. The staff appeared disinterested and inattentive. It took an uncomfortably long time to place our orders and even longer for the food to arrive. Requests for condiments and additional drinks were met with delays and had to be reminded multiple times.

Food Quality:
The food at The Punter House was mediocre at best. The menu offered a range of options, but the execution left much to be desired. Dishes lacked flavor and finesse. The presentation was uninspiring, and portion sizes did not justify the prices. It felt like the kitchen was cutting corners with both ingredients and preparation.

Hygiene and Cleanliness:
Cleanliness was an area of concern. The table settings and utensils did not appear to be properly sanitized, and the overall hygiene left me feeling uneasy, especially considering the current health concerns.

Value for Money:
Considering the quality of the food, the slow service, and the subpar ambiance, The Punter House did not offer good value for money. The prices were on the higher side for what was ultimately an underwhelming dining experience.

It was a wonderful place for a kitty party we were 15 people and it was awesome everything was perfect.thank you Punter House

Everything about the place was going pretty fine. The food was great, services were quick and polite and ambience was totally good until the bill arrived. They charged around Rs. 216 something for service charge and when I asked them to remove it, they said it is compulsory here. No consumer can be forced by a restraunt or hotel to pay for service charges. We would have left a good tip anyways but this forceful action from there side was totally unexpected apart from such great experience.

Good shisha good food good service cool ambiance. Cocktails are not that great. They don't accept cards which is inconvenient these days.

Horrible experience. One of the food item was burnt and when we complaint they became very rude

The food and ambience was really good, enjoyed the pizza and mocktails there alot. The servicing was also nice.

The place was beautiful, and the food was delicious, specially i love the mocktails, the place was sweet and happeningall over I loved everything

The manager and owner are very rude and not at all professional. No value for money, pathetic food and drinks. They asked us to leave as soon as we finished our food even tho their whole cafe was empty. Mannerless. Please dont visit.

Punter house cafe is amazing For spending time with friends! Beautiful ambience! Good vibes! Delicious food and beverages! Love the place! Definitely visit with your friends!

Prices are fair enough and don't weight too much on pocket when going with a group and paying alone for the party.

A beautiful casual dining restaurant spanning two floors, this is the place to enjoy a variety of cuisines ranging from Continental to fast food.

The beautiful decor and ambience are carefully crafted by a variety of factors - from book shelves to artistic decorations and excellent music.

They also serve Hookahs, and the menu is filled with some uniquely named dishes.

Their Tandoori Momos, Bhabhi Ki Chudiya and Makkhan Papey are must-have dishes.

Rating it on the Lower side as i didnt like their service at all, they were very lethargic

A good place to hangout with your friends.
If you are fond of hooka, probably the best place for you.
The food is okayish, not so good not bad.
We ordered
Cheese bomb pizza
Chilli garlic noodles
White sauce pasta
Chilli chicken dry
Chilli potato
The noodles was just like ordinary noodles, no such taste of chilli garlic.
Pasta didn't have salt at all. We asked to make it correct, still that taste same.
Pizza and chilli chicken was good.
The best thing about this place is that they have continuous rolling sound tracks that too with remixes, at afternoon also, which cafe's don't usually have it.
So overall its an average experience. You can try it.

Its a good place to chill out with your friends. Food tastes great and service is also great. Music is great too just ine request don't play so much of romantic songs
Rest everything is great and pocket friendly too.

This is an amazing place to hangout with FRIENDS. One must have their pizzas. Good food, staaf and ambience.

Service was slow, lightening was good and food was delicious comparitively. Even the staff was good enough.

Place is quite big, food is good. But the billing and service is a bit slow! Need to improve on that

A descent place to have food with a variety of items.
Good place to visit with friends but not suitable for family or couples visit.

Rocking DJ, good food, nice ambience, delay in food services.
Overall the experience is very good. Best place to have party with friends. Hukkas are also available and food is quite expensive but the DJ is Faaaaaad. I liked that place a lot.

Ambience is great and music as well. But food quality and quantity is not so good. Is double floored.

It's amazing dude.i like everything they serve.earlier they used to serve hookah too but now they don't and that's the only heartbreaking thing.but i must say visit guys cauz it's worth it

The ambience was good.they had an amazing "book" theme I like the visit though it was not so spacious

The food is OK but the service is really bad. Moreover the ambience isn't at all good for non-smokers because of the Hookah trend.
