The Ritz Banquet Hall

Good place for indoor functions. The quality of food was below average. The first dish (Veg Manchurian) was horrible. I had to throw it away in the dust bin. You must make sure that all the dishes are tasted before they are put on the table for consumption by guests. For Heaven's sake, please don't play with the health of the guests by serving stale food.

Poor services, Ac's were kept off, services were very poor during pheras, nothing was getting served, Total money waste and no one turned on the ac's in the hot and humid weather and they didn't listened yo our requests even once.this happened on 23rd September 2023.

Very poor service of banquet hall.
AC service failed after 11.30 pm onwards. No staff caring was done of our guests.

She (Mona Chopra) is such a rude lady. I dn know what she is doing there she doesn't know the meaning of hospitality at all. Such a fake person

Location is good, Easy to find but it's OK when you're searching for functions need some changes

Visited the banquet hall for wedding.hall, food, service and interior is really very very good.but sorry to say.banquet has invented a way to increase the number of plate count. They use to keep a pasta counter and for the pasta counter they didn't provide any quarter plates. And if you want to eat only pasta you have to take a main plate. That's mean a two spoon of pasta will cost you the charge of full plate.and if you object that then the personal from the venue will start fighting and try to say that it's already mentioned in the menu.

This is how they increase a plate count if you didn't understand there pasta policy.
It's better to avoid there PASTA POLICY.

It's the management is reading this I request them that with such apetty issues you are degrading yourself and the quality and standards of the banquet.

Humble request to look in this.and for future customers and clients pls don't go for pasta policy.avoid keeping pasta counter unless they provide you separate plate for the same.

Awesome place for host events and weddings. All staff are very good. Food quality is awesome. Lighting and decoration is great. All facilities available here. Need improvement in parking facilities.

I had visited The Ritz for my dear friend's cocktail party. I must say the place was quite spacious as it didn't seem like an army had just occupied a territory, as usually is the case in Punjabi weddings. The overall look of this place is elegant, with fabulous lights, yet comfortable for people of all ages.

Good place to host weddings and other events. The food is great. You will find almost all of the dishes tasty. The service of the staff is nice as well

The place is surely above average. The food was good, arrangements were also good. Had visited the place for a friend's marriage.on the basis of my experience I can recommend it to ppl who can negotiate the package and conditions.

Nice decor of the banquet hall, I have attended few functions here. Food is above average. Snacks items were better than the main course food.

The banquet hall is located on the main road and is easily visible from the moving traffic.

Really nice interior and food. This place is good and big can handle 3-4 weddings simultaneously. And good is really tasty and they also serve non-veg.

Very good place to do functions. Variety and taste of food both veg and non veg is very good.excellent service. Decoration is also good and apt to functions. Only concern is parking is bit lousy and they normally park on roadside only but safe.
