Very good clinic for back related issues. If you are having lower back issues you must visit this clinic as well as Dr waseem is also very experienced in terms of spine related issues. He helped my lower back in healing i was hurt while doing exercise in gym but thanks to dr waseem who helped me out.

This is to let you know that I am facing lower back pain for 8 years. When I visited The Spine Clinic, I was unable to do daily activities while bending, walking and sitting. Dr Waseem analysed the issue and advised me to take 15 session to fix the issue. However, I got relaxed in just 3 days but still continue the therapy to get rid of this unbearable pain. After the 15 sessions, I am not facing any kind of issue while performing any activity. I would highly recommend everyone to take advise from The Spine Clinic.

I am a Powerlifter and I got injury in my lower back so I had to get treatment from Perfect Physio Experience was Amazing and Really Satisfied with the Quick Results.

I visited the center for the pain in my left shoulder and that is because of exercise.
My movements were very restricted and I was not able to move my hand properly. I got 5 session till now and my pain is reduced by 70-80% and also movement is far better.
My muscle strength is also improved.
I was very well assisted by Dr. Waseem. He made great efforts on my shoulder for better results and did the job really well.

As there staff is very understanding and kind to you as the therapist to be. I was going to Dr. Haider for my lower back pain and the results of 2 therapy was outstanding but unfortunately am suffering from kidney stones so that's why I was not continued it but honestly the way of starting and ending the therapy is so so feel better and they do hard work for your any of joints pain as well so kindly visit if you have any of problems regarding joints and other muscules problem.

One of the best physiotherapy clinic in Jamia Nagar okhla Area, Dr. Waseem Haider supports very well. 2 month ago I went to the clinic for my sever back pain and bad posture problem he really treated it very well, Only with 1 sittings he cured my back problem.

I cannot recommend highly enough. Went to see Dr Waseem for my persistent back problems. First I was a bit skeptical since the clinic has recently been inaugurated he was thorough, patient, very accommodating to me so I had a better understanding of my problems. And his treatment approach is a lot different than his peers, along with exercise program he advised he also gave a session of manual therapy which was marvellous and for the first time in a year I was able to get up from bed with out pain.
