Really really horrible experience

So the head stylist Ajay has completely messed up my hair twice, to the extent that it took me 6 months to grow out and fix it. He refuses to listen to his customers at all, and when I forced him to cut it the way I want, he got angry, both times, and chopped off large portions of my hair in front. Stuff which cannot be fixed, leaving me with boyish hair for months.

This is a hairdresser I have come to for years, so the first time I eventually forgave him. And yet today he did it again, and even refused to acknowledge the fact that he just chopped off 2 inches of my already short hair inspite of explicitly telling him not to. This is the last straw. Would recommend that the management fire him and get someone more qualified and with a cooler head.

I've got my hair cut here and hair washes since the last year, it's a really friendly home like environment and nice ambience music playing. It's a must visit place!

Worst salon ever.please don't use their useless services.they use fake product which spoil your priceless skin.

Google says closes at 9 pm, went there at 8: 15 pm and they said it shuts down at 8: 30 pm. Staff did not seem to be happy about accommodating and wanted to close early.

Terrible haircut.unprofessional hair dressers… had asked for a simple V-shaped cut with a few layers and look at the terrible cut i got! Disgusted! Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone!
