Overall it was a good experience staying here. Rooms were spacious and clean. Service was also quick.

Hotel is really good for business conferences. We recently had a business session over there place easily accessible and very luxurious

We made booking for pre marriage functions with 25 rooms and terrace but service was very very poor. Even maximum people do not got their lunch and whole function destroyed.

Probably one of the worst "5 star". In reality a 4 star would be stretching it. They even charge for baby milk. Outdated rooms, rusted bathrooms etc.

Stayed in your hotel last month from 22 to 26 March 2021, during SATTE, had good stay during breakfast was really taken care by Raju Anthony Asst Manager F&B being south Indian we really enjoyed his support offered us nice choice of menu.

The hotel located near NFC colony, where you can find services to stay for different periods of time along with many other useful facilities that the hotel provided. Best for partying and staying purposes

Everything was perfect. Very caring staff, clean, nice rooms. Breakfast is good, but bacon is not cooked correctly and the French style bread needs a napkin for people to hold it for slicing. It is stale because it is sliced and left out.

One of the best multi star hotel in the Okhla area. It's a well maintained and decorated Hotel with stay facilities for the guests and had accommodated various stars of bollywood in its record service whosoever visited here.

I went here for clubbing to BW. I hated the place and the crowd. Will never go back for sure. Unnecessary hiked clubbing place.

A beautiful palace right in the middle of posh New Friends Colony, South Delhi. From outside you may think it's an old building, however once you get inside you it all. It's such a big place with beautifully designed. The buffet and the live kitchen is amazing.

Have attended a social gathering few months back and was my first visit to this hotel, overall experience is good. There are several options for recreational activities at the premises. Staff and management are polite and humble.

The guards and valets of the hotel give preference to guests who drive in big cars. The bigger the car, the more attention will the guts get. Ill trained guards and valets. If they had been trained well, they would have known not o differentiate

The rooms are big as i expected, The hotel has a good small market in lower ground floor, which is lovely. The Bar area is also good and service is polite. Coming to club BW thats an attraction if you're a party animal.

The staff at the front desk is beyond rude. My guests waited and waited for their already prepaid room to be alotted even when they reached at the check-in time of 2: 00 pm after confirming their room was ready at 12: 30 pm in the afternoon.

The hotel itself is nice, but be warned that when it comes to the BW nightclub on the premise, it doesn't matter that you are a guest at the hotel; they can come up with completely capricious "policies" and reasons to deter you from entry. The hotel, for its part has "outsourced" (direct quote from the front desk) the operation and so can't comment on anything the club management institutes. It's a good $50 cover (not entry, so that's a small mercy) to get in; if you think that's a tad out of touch, wait till you see the drink prices in there.you'll have no trouble blowing through that amount

We went there late night for a party. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have a pub called BW which our destination and a great place to party.

Located in South Delhi and is perfect if you have work in Delhi or Noida. Both rooms and service are quite ordinary and food is average. Hotel is not part of any loyalty program.

It was surreal experience for me in Surya hotel. All the attending staff was cooperative and sincere to their work. Room decor was well furnished and reception hall was magnificient with ample space.

It was great experience to spend overnight in Surya hotel. The soothing senerity there appealed to my sense of peace. Also one can have the flabulous view of most of locality from top rooms.
