In view of the response posted by The Yellow Coin Communication to my earlier review, I would like to state that it is nothing short of a compliment to my attempt of highlighting the unprofessionalism and incompetence of a few working at this company. For the kind information of the furious and rattled respondent, I would once again like to put in the public domain that firstly the concerned person who called me for the interview was herself not available on-time despite my arrival much prior to the scheduled interview timing. The receptionist at TYC had to call her a number of times to ask her to arrive soon as I've been waiting since very long. Kindly consider advising your employees for being deciplined enough to entertain people who take out the time from their busy work life to appear for the interview and anyhow manage to reach on-time. Secondly, I'm entitled to my opinion as an informed and opinionated individual and professional to state that yes the interviewers are highly unprofessional and incompetent as the interviewer continued to praise himself over and over again when I was not even interested in knowing about his achievements as it indirectly undermined my expertise due to his unawareness and ignorance. Frankly, I believe and will continue to do so that the interviewer seemed very disturbed after getting to know about my background, skills, expertise and achievements that were unfortunately way beyond his expectations and intellectualism. And I would suggest that rejecting the facts in the review does not make your lie of myself behaving rudely a truth as not just the ones who work at TYC are professionals but also all those who are committed to their work, career and life in their own way and capacities. There is a world beyond TYC, so I think the so-called professionals as you stated are nothing but the self-proclaimed professionals obsessed about their professionalism in an unhealthy manner. And lastly, I think being senior in age does not give anyone the right to undermine the expertise and professionalism of others as I believe even a person with less experience can outlast an experienced brilliantly with the help of right knowledge, judgement and skills. So experience or age can in no way supersede the knowledge and approach of doing a particular thing in a much wiser manner. To conclude, I would suggest to implement better practices and employ some good people at the agency as a number of such unprofessionals are nothing more than a liability for any organization as it creates a negative image at large. I feel sad about the discriminatory view of the respondent that he or she on the basis of position odds one out and undermines the ability and capability of someone who is in no way incapable but at par or even better than the so-called seniors. My view - A subordinate or a junior can anytime beat or outlast a so-called senior with the right knowledge, skills, expertise and approaches with absolute ease and peace. I wish the organization would take immediate measures to establish itself as a credible one. Good Luck.
