Thermoking

Products getting electric current frequently.customer service response is irritating. Never received call, once receive in blue moon, Never send technician.even staff visits, they say will come again & repair.and it never repaired.most pathetic service I experienced with this Thermoking gyser

Worst purchase of my life. They have hideous services. I got the thermoking gas geyser and just after 15 days of use it stopped working so we called the customer care service and they didn't listen and kept saying the plumber is busy. We called them for at least 10 days about this but no new response, they kept saying that there dealer is busy. Then finally they gave us the plumber no.for us to call and he came the day. The customer service was horrible and it turns out the battery of the geyser had died which means they sell second hand products. I do not recommend.
