I am extremely disappointed on the service will never recommend this to anyone especially Thomas cook GK they are ill-staffed no one is working/wants to work. It takes 3 hours to get in even for 3 people before me. They work slow. Super incompetent. And for this reason they want all of your personal details I am never choosing this bank ever again I would rather choose HDFC at least they give complimentary benefits unlike these lazy employees who work at this Thomas cook I am never suggesting this branch/service to anyone me myself is choosing HDFC now much better experience there and faster

Pathetic service. Made me wait for 45 minutes for collecting forex even after confirming the time / day for pickup. On a customer service front, they didn't even offer water let alone tea while I was waiting

Worst experience ever staff is rude specially ms. Roma they don’t know how to treat their customers she wasn’t ready to understand
I was not Carring my passport and I already cleared this to someone on call in their office before coming
And he said no issues sir you can come we will exchange currency you can send all the documents on main But still she denied to take any documents on mail and her face was like she is doing some positive favour

There is no option to give a negative rating, i would have opted for that, so giving 1 star rating.

This is the worst place to ever opt for money transfer.they claim to transfer the money within 24-48 hrs.but its been 2 weeks they are yet not able to transfer the money.

I have visited the office for help twice but still they do not have any answer to help me. They will mentally drain u in the best possible.

My money is stuck with THOMAS COOK from last two weeks and they do not understand the severity of people neither they come up with any solution.

Worst place to opt for Money transfer.

Quite unprofessional and dissatisfactory experiance. Never opt to use their service. My family used it to transfer money abroad and it has been 10 days and yet the money has not been received. The staff is not helping and giving us technical jargons. We are still fighting to get our money back from them. Everytime we check with them they give a new random reason. Please please don't use their service.

Extremely horrible experience of sending money to the UK through Thomas Cook. It's been two weeks and the recepient has not yet received the money that I sent through them. First they kept saying that the details we provided were wrong despite everything being absolutely correct. And when the transaction was unsuccessful they didn't bother checking back with me to inform me about the issue. I wonder what they take the service charge for if they can't follow up or required actions in the case of a problem with a transaction. This experience has been harrowing and bordering on mental harrassment for me. When someone in need in another country is waiting for THEIR money to arrive and Thomas Cook decides to pocket the money, its equivalent to theft. Their staff (i was interfacing with a lady at the exchange counter) who at the time of receiving the money to be sent and the service charge reassured me that there is nothing to worry about, is now unable to answer basic questions. One wonders why they have such incompetent staff to begin with. Please avoid using their service unless you want pathetic experience and wish to avoid throwing your money down the drain. I would have given them a negative rating if it was possible.

If there is any chance I could give a lower review than this. This is the worst service I could ever use. I had to travel abroad and now I am actually there and I haven’t received the money since two weeks.

Immensely mismanaged place. Had to visit personally 3 times, instead of what shouldve been a single visit. Their telephonic support guy told us to go visit this place multiple times promising our forex would be available, but turns out this store didn't actually have it.

A well known travel agency in India. Deals in visa, air tickets, domestic and international holiday packages, foreign exchange (buy and sell).

Used there two times. Same always! Horrible place! Arrogant, unprofessional, horrible people! Horse experience ever!

No. 1 tour operator in India, courteous staff, professional, economical and value for money tour.

Polite staff many options but not the cheapest and if you cancel due to any reason you loose most of the money

I took Thomas Cook package to travel to Singapore from Delhi.
This is to bring to your attention that the way we have been treated by your executive is beyond any customer care and extremely rude and disrespectful.
I took a package where I was promised that I will be given direct flight from Delhi but they changed that in the last moment and made it from Delhi to Mumbai and than from there till Singapore and reason provided to me was that the same flight isn’t flying on that particular date, but when I checked the same it turned out that the customer executive was lying and the same direct flight from Delhi to Singapore did fly and it was just some cost cutting strategy that Thomas cook used which caused us immense discomfort and inconvenience and it was so much last minute change that we could not do anything about it but to only agree to the terms since we paid for everything well in advance.
Also, for accommodation, we mentioned the bed preferences which was not at all taken care of, again so much discomfort and inconvenience
This was not expected from such big travel agency such as yours, it was not just a lot of inconvenience that I had to face but also the arrogance of the rude customer executives who did not care to entertain us on the issue and give us some appropriate solution.

I am extremely disappointed and do not really wish to make any travel plan with Thomas Cook in future and neither will I ever recommend it to anyone.

For abroad money transition worst service they will tell you within 24 to 48 hour transition but it will take 6 days atleast for transfer money

Don't book online. Directly call the nearest branch and tell your issue. The Bombay branch didn't send the code to greater Kailash branch so had to return 2 times.

I am this time reducing the star from 3 to 1.today their web site showed 1 GBP=93.8INR, but when I went to greater kailesh office New Delhi (as i had purchased from here) their office they are saying rate is just 91.8
This time I went personally as earlier there was problem due to online booking, and it was suggested by their associate that it not needed to book online just come directly to us we will do instantly.worst experience I have.so not recommending to others be cautioned.
