One of the worst service they are providing there internet is not working every week one kr twice and they can't attend your call if you have a problem and there application is also the worst.if I have any openion to give less then one I will give it don't take there service's.

Worst internet service. My internet is not working from last two week. I raised complaint almost 50 times. But they didn’t resolve my issue.
I never recommend this broadband service to any one.

Biggest scam and froud company ever i see in my life staff is also very bad.they promised me same day installation of wifi connection before payment.after i pay the amount nobody can take the responsibility today is the 6th day.but till now no any person come to installation i call them back to back daily but they said please wait today we will install definately but they will not come.

Very pathetic services for refund from last 10 months they are telling new stories for refund. Not at all to for services. Very low bandwidth and there call centre people are always giving false information and also they don't have escalation matrix for any problem.

Worst HR I hv ever met, y u r taking interview if u don't HV any knowledge, kabhi tution lene AA Jaya kro.
Firstly please change your HR which have no any knowledge about how to take interview. Also be on time, the interview timing is 10 and you are reached at 1, then y u waste the time of interviewer.

Very disappointing service in Jaipur all area's.
In timble 50Mbps fiber plan they provide only downloading speed 50Mbps and uploading speed is too slow 5Mbps.
Don't use it.
Also their service working stopped between a day.
Many time I face this issue.
No internet issue in every 3-5days.
And also they don't have quick response team they respond to you after 6hrs for fixing your no internet issues. (Minimum as per official time) in my case I face that issue for 46hrs.
If we calculate total using of their services you can use it 20days max in a one month (30 Days).
Because Baki k 10 din to ye band ho zata hai maderchod.

Most badly Services. I have complaint many times in just 2 month. But not received any further action for services. Company Executive not attend the calls & if attend then not take any action. So I am very angry with their services.

Only use their service to get frustrated. The worst customer service ever experienced. If you get a problem with connection then no one knows when it'll get resolved. Please avoid to get their service if you don't want to spoil your day.

One of the pathetic broadband service you will ever come across.most the time i receive no connectivity and they never explain me the reason for that. Worst service and its better to use mobile data rather than using timble service. I dont only waste money on this stupid broadband but i also lose my mental peace. If you guys can't provide customer satisfaction better shut this chu**ya company.
