I delivered my first baby on 23rd June through c section n they charged for two days 1 lakh.in that amount the facility was economic room, untrained nurses, unhygienic washrooms, no care of patients, low quality of food they gave 2 bread in breakfast, dal rice in lunch, 2 chapati in dinner.that was the menu.no counseling after c section ise ache toh govt hospital hai.

Don’t go delivery case their, the hospital doctor is very bad, he harassment you. For neo born baby delivery time,
1 babat hard breath problem
2, baby ki nal lipati hui hai
3. Baby ne potty’s ker di hai
4 baby ulta ho gaya hai. This kind of points
And he operation’s and you agree easyly

Very bad hospital not recommended to anyone. The doctors don't share anything about patient to the attendant in addition to this they don't even care about their patient. Horrible experience, they don't even talk properly and most of the time the doctor don't even pick up the calls of attendant. The doctors also don't know how to diagnose and treat patient.

बहुत गन्दा अनुभव रहा है, स्टाफ को-ऑपरेटिव नही है, पैसो कमाने के लिए जबरदस्ती भर्ती कर देते है और ठीक होने के बावजूद भी 1,2 दिन फालतू रखते है, जनरल वार्ड वालो को ऐसा वार्ड मिलता है l जैसे की सरकारी हॉस्पिटल मे होता है l जबरदस्ती एक हॉल को प्लाइ बोर्ड लगाकर पर्टिशियन करके अलग अलग रूम बना रखा है l

I admited my child boy he is 2 year old I totally disappointed service they test blood and done his other report but he did not tell me about his report that what happened with his I m not happy with them and hospital dont go

The hospital facility is totally poor security department, nursing and cleanling department is very bad, these people do not behave well with the patient's attendant.they staff of the hospital is totally mannerless.

1. Too much greedy please take confirmation of cost estimation in written, their words/commitment has Zero Value.
2. Average cost of any disease in other hospitals like Max, Fortis etc.they will charge you more than that i.e. Upto 30% (surely) as compare to other reputed hospitals. Please confirm from others too first.
3. They will offering you what they want, your pocket/preference could not matter because of bhai-bhatija trends.
4. Attendants has no value for Staff members and Security Guards specially.
5. You have to recall at least 2-3 times to the Staff members like Nurses, Guard and Housekeepers.

Worst Service. No one is willing to do his/her job. Patient waiting time is very high.
Ultrasound department is very pathetic.staff nurse is too rude. She don't want to do job. No management. Security guard stops you everywhere for no reason.they become boss of that hospital.
OPD registration counter is too crowded. They accept only cash.no other mode.
Patients need to wait outside hospital in open lawn. Few got chairs and maximum need to stand in waiting for their token. Better to Visit Govt hospital. Sarkari Hospital is very much better than Tirathram Hospital

There should be reserved parking for differently abled and the hospital should seriously consider this.

It's a charitable hospital with variable rates depending upon your panels, a word of advice they don't have cardiao throacic invasive procedure surgeons so for cathlab related procedures find a more suitable hospital.

If you want the patient to live long, NEVER EVER choose this hospital. The doctors here do not know anything. I got admitted for 8 days and my doctor used to come only for 30 seconds in a day. They didn't have time to even tell us what the problem is. Just to make more and more money they took 5 days to tell us the diseases n start the treatment.
On the day of discharge they made our life miserable n starting from 9 in the morning they discharged me at 8 in the night.
The doctors are so illiterate here that when I continued my medicines, it resulted in liver damage. I don't understand why do they play with our lives. They do not deserve to be called life savers. PATHETIC!

My experience was horrible, my mother got dengue and I admitted her into this hospital but nobody takes care of her nurses and doctors did not want to take care of her even though they get angry whenever I tried to ask them about my mother's health. They used to indent medicines in the name of my mother on daily basis and my mother did not use any of the medicine but the nursing staff daily picked all those issued medicines. My mother's health was worsening day by day. At the end my mother forcefully discharged herself. Please don't go in this hospital if you love your life.

कल मैं तीर्थराम साह हासपिटल पहुंचा । यह हासपिटल तीसहजारी कोर्ट के सामने सिविल लाईन रोड़ पर स्थित है। वहां मैं अपनी बहन की डायलेसिस की नाली यानि फिसटुला लगवाने के लिए गया था, मगर अफसोस कि बात यह रही कि पेमेंट पूरी जमा करने के बाद भी कोई काम नहीं बना क्योंकि डॉक्टरों को हाथ में नश नहीं मिली जिस से डायलिसिस होता है। धन्यवाद।

Worst hospital. Tirath Ram Hospital is not following any norms of NABH. Patient care is zero in this hospital. Covid ward is mismanaged by DMS. Her behavior with the patients and attender is very rude and harsh. She is refusing admission in covid ward while the bed is vacant, one of my relatives was admitted in covid ward and he told me that there is a bed vacant. My mother Mrs. Shanti Devi, 66 years old, was having breathing difficulty. Doctor on duty in emergency did not come out to see my patient then I went to meet doctor, he told me that there is no bed in covid ward then he called DMS and then he said, DMS is saying there is no bed vacant in covid ward then I went at reception, receptionist said, you talk to DMS, without her permission, we can not admit the patient. When I went to talk to her, she started shouting and misbehaving. She was not looking mentally stable. I had an argument with her but she refused admission to my mother. I told her that I want to meet the medical superintendent then she did not let me meet MS and said I am a Medical Superintendent. I am a regular patient of Tirath Ram but services of Tirath ram hospital have deteriorated. It was a good hospital. This kind of staff in administration should be thrown out of the hospital.

Hospital is good with OPD and multiple facilities. Easy to locate. Dr. Pankaj Anand is an excellent orthopaedic surgeon. Staff is polite but the security is full with over acting. They pretend that they are the hospital management. Sometimes they got rude and leads to scuffles with the patients.

Parking is a major problem in the hospital. There is no place in the hospital premises for visitors to park their vehicle. Only option to park the car is the dead end of battery lane. As the parking is reserved only for the doctors and hospital staff.

Overall had a good experience with my wife delivery.little costly so if you have medical insurance or pannel then its good otherwise costly.

Worst experience. Though my delivery was normal but still have faced many complications after delivery due to doctor's negligence. Staff and other cenior persons are so care less, in that time also of covid situation, I take my mother Sunday night at tiratram hospital, she's is sufrring from jaundice, or in that situation the medical team at emergency gate, they said sit back your patient outside, in the jaundice situation patient the ediucated doctor's sit my mom outside the emergency gate in a full of cold waves, they treated all the patient same as is covid suspect, positive, or negative, they so care less, is really dangerous to believe.

The worst hospital, i have ever seen. The management staff of this hospital is very poor.at night, I have a emergency no body come out to help the patient. At that time i m feel very lonely. The staff say at the entrance of hospital "no beds available". The receptionist guard are ill mannered, this guys don't know how to talk with patients.
The duty doctor comes out to see the patient after half an hour. The doctor written some medicine and give an injection.my complaint is that quick action is not taken by the staff, guard and doctor.

Worst hospital I have seen in my life, they have nothing to do with patients health. They unnecessary keep patients with them in icu to bill maximum. If patient is recovering fast then they stop medicines. At every step they torture the patients family. Very pathetic experience with this hospital.

Quality of Services has degraded comparatively earlier. Further, it takes about more than 8 hrs to issue discharge summary. This is annoyance. Treatment is stopped earlly morning and thereafter it takes too much time only to discharge.

TRSH hospital doesn't deserve one star rating even. First they don't have specialist doc and admit patient under any doctor.my father suffering from chronic disease and there was a infection in lungs as well. Due to this their health gone down suddenly.
In TRSH there is no any pulmonologist still they admitted my father under a physician.

Neither the doctors nor the nurses are sensitive. I dont recommend anyone to visit this hospital. The doctors are never availabile on the given time, they send their secretaries for the check ups instead.
The general hygiene is also so bad, they discard their stool and blood samples in the washroom itself.

Lack of co-ordination between morning shift doctor and evening shift doctor. Even though Nurses doesn't maintain daily medicine chart night shift nurses don't know which medicine is given in morning n which medicine/inject. Is to be given in night.

Today morning date 9.45 for opd line 50 people on the row.i m feeling Like govt hospital we r giving charge but they r not providing facility. Only one window for all opd doctor pls improve opd window.for general Opd I would not suggest anyone just bcz of row in when u enter in hospital for registration.

I was admitted there in female ward. Firstly, there was only one air cooler in that room which was not cooling the room bcz there was no water in it, secondly, fans were very slow. There was one nurse who was very rude in behavior. Such a bad service. I am giving one star only for some good doctors like himanshu tiwari and rashmi aggarwal.

DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. THEY KILLED MY NANAJI because of their irresponsible behaviour. He was admitted from past 15 days and even in ICU the Dr is not physically present there.

Dr. D. K. Singh is a worst doctor of this hospital.due to only him my father is not with our family. My father was a asthmatic patient, i admitted him in TRSH under Dr. D. K. Singh for arthritis pain and i had also told him that my father is asthmatic and he has given him heavy steroids dose for 45 days for arthritis and due to that my father's lungs were working only 5 percent and lastly he refer my father to DHLI where a lungs specialist told me that dr.d. K.singh had done this type of bloody treatment with many patients. After few days in ICU of DHLI my father had gone to heaven. Lungs specialist also told me that due heavy dose of steroids no medicine was working on my father

Third class hospital with unprofessional staff. No nurses or Doctors take any responsibility of patients care. They misbehave and talk rudely

My mother was under the care of Dr. D. K. Singh. The worst doctor I have ever seen. He treated my mother with wring medicines for 5 days. Her only issue was blood infection and it was too high. He gave discharge to her even when the reports showed the infection as high. She came back and very next day we had to take her again to TRSCH emergency due to high fever and headache. When he was called he said he will give the same treatment and will not change it as that's the best he could do and also said he is the best doctor in that hospital. We cancelled our admission and took her to BLK where doctor pointed out that she has bacterial infection and all the treatment given to her in those 5 days was wrong and it's the ignorance on doctor's part.
First, he used to visit once a day and if he would come twice it would be late night or some odd timings. As my father is a pensioner they got all possible tests done of my mother to make a big bill that they could claim from the government. Just because of his wrong treatment and his granted behaviour my mother is still in the hospital it's been 10days now after she got discharged from TRSCH. It would have been solved and she would have been better long ago if he would have provided the right treatment which was clearly mentioned in the blood culture report which he ignored.
Adddd to this the nurses are ignorant like anything. They dont care about the pain and problem of the patient. You have to call them 10times then they will come to the room and will speak rudely.
NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER TO THIS HOSPITAL. ITS THE WORST ONE SPECIALLY BECAUSE OF DR. D. K. SINGH.
