Worst service. Even they don't have a little knowledge about spectacles I ordered a spec from there, they reversed the lens right eye reversed to left eye spectacle and vice versa
Afterwards. I collect my spec from the shop I wear spec and got to know this is not fitting me I go the doctor from where I checked my eye they checked the spec and told me that the shop keeper had done a blunder and this was not their mistake then I again vidit to the shop and then they reversed the lens
In this all bcz of their mistake I have to suffer and I take a leave to again visit to the shop
And most irritating moment when I was leaving they asked me to gave 5 star rating
I visit to the shop again this costs me 600 in form of petrol

The shop is in market which is known by name but they doesn't deserve that

Firstly i visited lenskart there i got my vision test done but later i got confused by frame of eyewear available there, but later i visited titan eye+ outletsituated at dc chowk rohini delhi where the two gentlemen helped me find the suitable frame for me and further they did my vision test there i found out by lenskart people was wrong my vision power was same as the old one of which i found out in titan eye+. Which was eye opener for me.in future i would never visit lenskart and always recommend Titan Eye+
