I purchased a frame from Titan Kalkaji, few months back.
But, it got damaged today with my fault.
When I went to Titan to get my specs repaired, Mr. Raman assisted me and made sure that I get it back in the same condition as it was before.
He took minimum time and readjusted my frame and glasses and handed me over.

Happy customer and highly satisfied with Mr. Raman and every staff of Titan Eyeplus Kalkaji.

I got my pair of lenses from here. My purchase entitled me to an extra pair, which subject to availability was to be delivered to my week later.multiple calls later from my end at the end of the said second week, I was asked to pick it up. The staff thereon misbehaved with me, as if was stealing the pair from them and asking it as a favour. Mr. Praveen, executive who dealt with me said that he is obliging me and "helping"me by providing it. Is this what I paid for? To be humiliated and insulted when asking for something I had indeed paid for? The offer of the extra pair was given to me at the time of purchase. It was in no a liability imposed upon me.
Being the owners of an outlet of such a renowned brand, the way I was communicated with, replied to, and made feel was highly unprofessional and unnecessary.

Very higly disappointed from there sevice, i was promised a pair of free contact lense with my purchase.
Still after 20 days haven’t received my free pair of contact lense all they say is we will inform you once the free pair arrives.

First of all thank you for being so helpful all the time. This is probably the best store Titan Eye + has, the staff is extremely humble and polite. I have been in touch with Mr. Praveen since 6-7 years and always found him better than before. My trouble days came when Mr. Praveen got transferred from Paschim Vihar store, i was not able to get accurate lenses for my eyes, tried making 3 spectacles from Titan but none of them was worth as i was constantly suffering from headaches, so i just decided to meet Mr. Praveen again, specially for this i travelled 1 hour to reach Kalkaji store to get my spectacles done by him. Again he proved himself to be the best, he was assisted by Mr. Sunil, who is as good as him and bigger problems like mine are just a piece of cake for him. Yesterday i got my new spectacles and i am pretty comfortable with them as of now and hope it will suit my eyes.
I thank you wholeheartedly for providing great services, you both really deserve a raise.

I visited the outlet for repair of my RayBan sun glasses. There Mr. Ashok attended the complaint and set right the frame immediately without any charges. Recommend others to visit the outlet for their need of spects, sun glasses or lens.
