It was a good experience. I and my family have always purchased spectacles and sun glasses from this shop. It has always been a great experience with staff, services and amazing collections.

The worst customer experience ever.the staff is so unwelcoming that you feel like you are an alien walking around. I ordered a Ray-Ban eyewear and when I asked about the warranty they just returned my payment and was forced to leave. I than lodged a complaint on their central helpline and email regarding this which got them moving again and they got it delivered the next day.such high headedness and rude behaviour is never expected from a reputed brand like titan.rather I should give 0 star but have no other option

My experience with Titan Eye Plus, Virdaman Sunder Plaza, Sector 12, Dwarka, New Delhi has been very much satisfying. Last year I had purchased a New set of high quality spectacles from them. Due to peeling off the glass coating which was due to some manufacturing defect, I had to send the spectacles for needful at their end. To my pleasant surprise, they have not only got replaced the glasses without any payment but also upgraded the glasses with better quality.
