They do not comply with the system and do not resolve problems at first.facing issues with the product having manufacturing defects in warranty but I think my 12k just got wasted

Very disappointing and disheartening experience with the store, staff is very rude and impolite. Please make sure u check the warranty and guarantee of the product before purchasing. They do not give proper services as the company claims. Check prices on website and then purchase.

It was a great experience pf shopping here. The 20 step test of titan eye plus of eye testing is good. Their cost is also reasonable. The staff is also polite and showed the variety of frame patienly and told in detail about the different type of lenses. Loved the service of titan

I visited the store twice. The experience has always been nice. Staff is very helpful. Genuine product and service. I recommend this store over other stores in the vicinity.

Got my eyes tested along with getting new glasses made. Tht eye test was very thorough and I got to learn that my eye sight is getting better.
The frames are a little expensive but i guess thats on me for not going at the time of a sale.
