The store is good but the staff favours their employees more than customer. Ms. Sweta, so called trainee optometrist staff in store has no etiquettes to deal with customer and also misbehaves rather than accepting mistake. I went for my specs frame change and she broke it while malhandling it carelessly in front of me. Rather than accepting her mistake and apologising she continuously argued with me, shouted on me. Even on revisit to store today for new frame, she didn't attended us as customer and asked us to revisit when senior optometrist arrive. If she's unable to do the needful why she is being present in store. I hope Titan maintain their image and credibility by not hiring staff with such attitude or fire hire.

Sales senior Mr Aman kadiyan has given very good & satisfactory services. Detailed information about watches provided by him. And his behavior very good. I will continue to purchase from this showroom. Also recommend this showroom.
