Nice place. Although the food variety in the dining really limited. But the staff behaviour, service and environment is good. The pool too seems to be a good spot to spend time with friends and family. The rooms are also comfortable and good. The best part is Shri Khatu Shyam Dham is just adjucent, so early morning darshan is also easy.

We had 14 days tour of Chhar Dham yatra on September month.we're so very happy from this trip. Thank you Dharmesh bhai & jatin bhai for make our trip so much easy. I'm highly recommend Dharmesh Travel world to everyone.

I am staying in this property after 4 years. Earlier was a regular here. But I am shocked at the condition of the place.

The vallet parking is missing you need to park yourself and carry your own luggage - the check-in staff are as rude as they can get but the worst part is the lenin.

The lenin was filthy - we asked for a change and it was replaced by another dirty one - when we objected to it - a third one was not only dirty was also torn - the hotel staff on questioning said what can he do all the laundry of the place is filthy - attached is the video proof where the staff is confessing to this along with proof of torn bed cover

I don't think I can stay here ever again and getting a ceremony like a wedding done here shall be a disaster given your guests shall make you a laughing stock with such lowered levels of service and facilities.

The rooms were not well managed the staff was friendly and helpful though. The food is expensive and over priced as per the quality and taste

The hotel's service was worst we said them for a bandage they didnt delivered and we have to go at the reception and take it

Nice place on the outskirts of Delhi which is away from the noise. This place is must one for the meetings and conferences. I would recommend this.

The premises of the resort are so beautiful. The pool adds to thr charm of the resort. The service is so good. The people here are very helpful. The rooms are super clean and comfy. The room service is great. Also it is a very good place to host parties or weddings.

Food and Service is very poor. Destination is good for events but without proper service and food its not worth.

It's an awesome place for marriage. Perfectly built, latest interiors. Food is also good. Services are also good. Lot many people can be accommodated, approximately thousand people can attend function. Hotel for stay is also there, rooms are big. Restaurant is also nice.

Good place sprawling in a large area but the only negative thing is that it is close to a big sewage and causing smell also the parking area is narrow and no good road is there.
Navigation difficult due to interior situation besides highway. Overall food quality was good and dining staff was very slow and didn't helped.

The hotel is strictly ok Good for marriages and functions. Service is very bad. No hot water in the room in this cold weather. Heater dosent work in the rooms. On complaining to the Manager 2 to 3 times nothing was done. We checked out at 8am and headed for breakfast but they forgot to get our luggage and finally got the luggage after 1 hour. Food is decent.

Recently attended a functn on 15th off december, the decor was fabulous, great work done by get your venue team and food was too good

It's a decent wedding destination resort but the staff needs to be trained.in a professional manner.linen.towels.napkins quality need to be improved

It is a beautiful venue for any kind of occasion. The landscaping is beautiful and there is greenery all around. The venue manages to be fit for both grand and intimate events. Their services from the day of the booking to the D-day are absolutely meticulous!
Apart from the delicious and lavish food spread, guests can also expect innovative and exotic food counters.
There is nothing more a person can ask for a perfect wedding venue.

Limited parking, not so friendly staff. It's an okay venue. Ballroom isn't too great either. A wedding by the pool side looks amazing. Did not try the food so will not comment on the same. For someone coming from Delhi, you will need to take a U-turn from the Alipur red light, which means that you will need to wait for the entire traffic to decongest so plan your travel accordingly.the area along it is quite open so it gets pretty cold during winters as the night progresses. It feels chillier than Delhi as well.
Journey to Murthal is quite near if you plan on binging later in the night.

I had left a shirt and jeans inside my room's closet. I forgot them while checking out and when I remembered and went there 2 hours later to get my clothes back, they had disappeared! I couldn't find them anywhere! The hotel's management would not let me talk to their house keeping staff 1v1 or show me the CCTV footage. Fortunately I didn't leave anything more valuable like cash or jewelry otherwise there's a pretty good chance it would have been stolen as well. Please don't make the same mistake I did, please treat each and every belonging of yours equally, for you never know what kind of service staff you're dealing with. For obvious reasons, the hotel would never admit to being involved in such things for the sake of their image, so if you're staying at this hotel, please make sure you don't leave anything unguarded and don't expect the person (s) who has come to clean your room to be as honest as you are.

This place is good for resort. But if u are looking here for party this is not a good place for u. Even They don’t have much in there buffet menu

Though food was awesome, they did not provide many promised facilities causing disappointment to our whole grp of 45 members

Well spaced place, well maintained lawns, beautifully decorated party hall, washroom need to be improved.

It is a pretty sweet setup for Indian weddings and all kind of family programs. The good part about new Farm Houses like this is that they all now have enclosed space with good air conditioning so you don't have to worry about rains are bad weather or probably anything it is a pretty good experience. Also the catering was delicious.

The front office manager RAJ is an asset to the hotel. He knows how to gain the guest and retain them. Hotel should have more staff like him he is the perfect example of hospitality server. He helped me alot in terms of providing good room facilities. Any problems I had he was just a call away for me and he resolved my quarries quickly will definitely come to this hotel because of Raj and I have an upcoming wedding of 500people in Feb will plan in this hotel because of Raj. Rude attitude of the staff. They dropped the rates by 35% of their earlier quote when I told them about their competitor offer. Asked us to check the decor and taste the food only to get insulted.
When we visited they increased the prices by 20% saying we were talking about vegetarian menu (I specifically asked for non veg earlier) and increased the Minimum guarantee. Even after requesting 5 times to get us the food tasted they didn't and this is after they themselves asked us to come. Saying will let you taste when you do the booking. Who books a venue without tasting the food.
