Horrible Experience!
First they lost my dress and after so many follow-ups they said that they will wash my clothes up to 5 kg for free to compensate. The second time they tore my bedsheet. Don't have the energy now to follow up 100s of times for this.
Please don't use their services.
There are better options like UClean Laundry.
