Well organised security guards, security check in, the lifts etc. Overall the management of the things in the building is cool. The itself is too cool, the architecture of the building is good.

An impressive looking double tower construction in the Janpath end of Tolstoy Marg, after Pyarelal building. The ground floor is occupied by the builder Puri Construction itself announcing it rather too prominently with record breaking size twin sign boards.

Though an important landmark on Tolstoy Marg, not very well known, because except the ground floor and one prominent PNB branch, the towers are occupied by financial brokerage firms who mostly keep to themselves.

Attended Interview Motilal Oswal. It has eight floors. Office spaces are good but no cafeteria in location and nearby

Various broking houses are here. Kotak securities, Sunnes capital, Motilal Oswal. Many of them.

The building is an 90's landmark and houses a number of offices. The building management is professional and elevators are managed well.
