He is my go to person when I getting my hair cut. I always struggle between what I want and what I need. Danish finds really good balance and give the best advice every time.

Ronny have been my stylist more than 8 years now Always a treat visiting him for haircuts. The services and staff is always on point.

Most pathetic salon ever visited in my life. Dont even know how to do a beard properly. ILL mannered staff including the valet parking guy the recetionist n den the stylist who are poor in evything they do.

Service is very good Staff is very polite.
It's a little expensive but it's worth it.

Got my daughters hair done by the hairdresser Sahil Khan and the manager Mukesh. I absolutely love it.

It's actually 2.5/5 Stars (Google doesn't accept 0.5's hence, 3). Would give them 4 stars if they ever bothered to respond to queries.
Details below:
PROS: 1. It's a brand
2. They got their basics right.
3. They have valet parking at this branch, not sure about others.
4. Use genuinely high-end products.
5. When you are there at the salon, customer hospitality is Ok. Washroom is personal to the establishment (unlike malls) and clean.
->Branch specific Pros:
They have some good staff you can try (For Hair) Mr. Sahil, Salman, Danish, Ashish (Not Stylist).

CONS:
1. Focus on pushing high-end product sale over genuine customer well-being.
2. Don't take queries seriously.

3. No convenient parking. Even valet parking doesn't save you from fines. Cars get towed/fined often. Apparently the market asscn.had some issue going on with the authorities. Our friend is a customer here and his car was affected.
4. They can do the basic jobs. But god forbid you call them for an enquiry on any products/packages, they will never call you back. Even when you call back they won't have the information ready. And even if you're an existing customer and ask them personally about it on your next salon visit you won't hear back from them. (Perhaps cz this one is a franchise, haven't tried other branches). So if you wanna pick something right off them menu.sure go ahead, you can try the place.

T&G Vs. Ashmeen Munjal's Star Salon- T&G surely uses better products. But Overall, We'd prefer Pre-COVID Ashmeen Munjal's STAR salon (Since AMS packed up salons during COVID and only has academies running). AMS used to focus on customer nutrition and well-being, never pushed products. They pro-rated packages on the spot as per customers. Created packages as required. They were tardy but did respond to queries. Customer hospitality was good and Their staff was extremely talented. T&G as a brand tends to give quite a snooty vibe compared to that. So there you have it. If you wanna have regular, run-of-the mill beauty treatment with super high-end products, go for T&G. This branch may not be the best, but they're quite ok.

Extremely happy and satisfied with the results also the hospitality is amazing especially Mukesh (Manager), went there to get smoothening done but Sahil suggested deep conditioning as my hair is damaged, Mazhar who treated my hair did a fantastic job, I also got my nails done and they look very prettyyy and the credit goes to Poonam.

Had an amazing experience at Toni and Guy. A must visit for exceptionally good services and not to miss the management - extremely helpful. It was my first visit and stylist Ronny guided me very well about the hair treatment required for my hair and no doubt was the best in his job.

I have been visiting Tony and Guy (punjabi bagh) since some time and i must say the services are fabulous. Staff is too good and they are too polite and friendly with their customers. Especially Danish for the hair service, he guides you with the best of the hair cut suiting according to ur look. He is such a nice person i have ever meet in any of the salon.
Talking about other service, Mukesh Mashi is the one who does excellent menicure and pedicure. A very good person he is in providing satisfied service.
And Mamta is very descent and polite with her customers. She attends each and every customer in a very responsible manner.

It would not be wrong to say for any hair related service Toni & Guy is the best place. What make the Punjabi Bagh branch special is the friendliest staff I have come across- thanks a lot Mamta. I visited this branch through nearby & was sceptical if get the same level of service (since using coupon). The way Mamta guided us to use the coupon & explained the services was amazing. Coupon or not- this is definitely my goto Parlour. Talking about service- I took express spa- thanks Mazhar- it was soo good I even planned by next spa visit. Also you can definitely get lot good hair recommendation from Saif be it hair style or color

Very worst place and worst behavior of manager to staff! Even if you ask for a mirror in the middle of the service staff refuses to give service! They disrespect customers and you have no right to speak here! I was severly embarrased by their staff and management both despite booking a prior appointment. Please do not go here

Beware of this Salon. They are Cheats. Firsr they will tell you about packages then when it comes to billing they will ad more things to it saying this is always extra thia tax is extra. So if you take a package of 2499 you will end up paying 6999 plus taxes. So be ready. The lady is reception is rude and not at all customee friendly. Other Toni n Guy salons are ok but this Branch is a SCAM.

I m visiting Toni and Guy from last 4 yrs and always leave feeling fabulous no matter which stylist I choose and for whatever service. If you r going for a ritual then I recommend Rahul is d best person for this. And if u need any guidance den Mamta is the ryt choice.
