Shocked to see the hairstylist keep his hands on my wife’s shoulders while talking. I see no need for the stylist to touch a lady- the only job is do hair and not touch any body part besides hair.
She even felt the guy who shampoos was shady.
Avoid Firoze rather avoid this shady place altogether.

Pretty average. The guy kind of was forcing me to have their keratin treatment and he cut my hair too short after I explained him many time that I just want it to not fall on the sides.
I have had decent cuts at a very cheaper places than this

This i am writing after 3 months of getting keratin treatment done, i had the worst experience. I have done keratin before from toni and guy from Bangalore which slowly faded after 6m but this toni and guy, i am not sure if they even used right products because within a month the effect of keratin disappeared, and its been 3 months and i still have intense hairfall which i didnot have from last two experiences. Now, when i visit salons, they get shocked knowing i had got keratin treatment at all!
It is my suggestion that find a better place because i know there are much better places than this who can do a much better work.
I had a lot of faith in tony and guy and was a regular customer from past 3years but i dont think i will step into another toni and guy ever.

A+ customer service, Iqbal is an excellent hair dresser, he did an amazing hair color, I highly recommend this location.

Adrian is MASTER at hair. I travel across the city to get his expertise whether it’s colour, keratin or a beautiful cut. He is an unparalleled resource at Toni and guy, Vasant Vihar and understands hair and it’s nuances to the fullest.

Was skeptical going to a hair stylist in a whole new country but couldnt asked for a better place a better stylist. Ask for Iqbal!

The service here is excellent and I go regularly - because Adrian is just fantastic- he understands hair, he listens and then gives the best possible solution. I have curly wavy hair and he just gets it and gives the best hair cut and styling for me.

Was hesitant at first as I've never gotten a haircut in Delhi, but superb haircut and service by Iqbal! He was reassuring and meticulous. Highly recommend, especially for those considering getting a short/medium bob cut.

Service and hair dresser aren't good as compared to other tony & guy outlets (karkardooma, cross point mall gurgaon). This is my first and last hair cut in this outlet. Really disappointed.

This is the only place I ever go to for a hair cut. Adrian and his team are amazing at knowing exactly what works for you.

I just got my haircut and beard trimmed by Mr. Iqbal, he is the best stylist I have ever met, very professional and great stylist. I would definitely recommend this salon though little pricey.

After lot of search for good hair stylist in Vasant vihar my search ended in Toni and Guy, the Palm Springs. It was a wonderful experience. I had to get my hair shortened so was looking for experience stylist. A senior hair stylist, was assigned. He took time to understand my requirements and then with lots of patience and expertise he gave me a wonderful cut and I feel very happy after getting this new awesome look. The atmosphere was good and no one was trying to sell products and services forcibly like in other salons. Thank you I highly recommend this place to those looking for great hair cut.

Having heard about Toni&Guy so much I wanted to finally try them myself and have a different experience from the saloon I normally go to.
It was a disappointment. Besides the look of the saloon (very worn down, nothing like in the pictures), the service was not up to my taste or all other experience I had with manicure in Delhi: my nails got cut, but my cuticles instead of cut were pulled and left sticking out because of them using blunt tools, in addition my nail plate in some places got damaged (as if peeling) near the nail bed, because of their inappropriate tool use.
I surely won't go back nor recommend to anyone.

Up-date: Toni&Guy Representative reached out to make up for the unsatisfactory experience, so at least customers' relations work.

Amazing place and great service. My hairdresser Adrian was knowledgeable and had great sense of style. I walked out with great hair cut and that usually doesn’t happen with me.

Worst experience ever …. Denied for haircut which was ok …. Requested for just threading and upperlips …. Had to pay Rs 290 …. The worst part is they denied to give the bill! …. I am posting it before the parlour closes at 8: 30… why should the bill be denied in a branded salon!?

I had a bob cut from Adrian at Tony and Guy’s Vasant Vihar which is very good hairdresser and very professional…But they cost 4 times of bob cut should be cost my experience is very good with Adrian again it is very much expensive than it should be…

Great place. Booking was very easy. All my queries were answered on the phone before stepping in. Root touch service was done and it was a very pleasant experience. The place looked clean.

Just went there recently and got an amazing hair cut from Adrian, he's a true professional and he knows what he's doing absolutely loved it!

So i went to this Salon and met Andriean over there he is a personality I have never met he just loves his job and he is so Passionate about his work. Highly recommend this Salon the ambience is also great.

My first experience with Tony and guy @vasantvihar went well and I am happy with the balayage that I got done under Adrian, as it was my first time hair colour I was worried but he took care of it & explained about each step which gave me confidence. The place overall is clean and the staff is friendly. Looking forward to more visits.

So I booked an appointment with Adrian for my haircut, after reading raving reviews about how good he is. But my experience was the opposite. I wanted a bob with a length that touches the shoulder which I was very particular about and he assured me it would be exactly that. But my hair right now looks hideous, no way even touches the shoulder and is quite short. I’ve gotten short hair in the past but have never been so disappointed not just with the length but also the cut is just shabby and weird.
Half was through the cut Adrian changed his description of how he was going shorter but he had already taken of the length and there was nothing I could do. Also at this point he asked me on “how fast does my hair grow! ” He probably realized he had gone shorter that what I wanted! After the cut and blow dry I was disappointed with the length but the styling seemed a bit convincing because of how it was set. But then I wash my hair at home and it’s been absolutely unmanageable, shapeless and hedious and upsetting to even look at! Seemed like someone still learning to cut experimented on my hair. Very extremely disappointing!

Love Manisha! Awesome customer service and lovely for getting all dolled up for a special occasion. Definitely a bit on the expensive side, but they have good deals on every now and then.

If I could give no stars I would. Been here a few times and it was always ok. The last time I went will stay just that, my last time. I asked for a gel manicure. The guy did not ask if I wanted the full manicure or just color, he simply got to work on a half assed gel color. He wouldn't have even filed my nails if I hadn't insisted he did. Then the gel warmer burned as I put my hand in. I said this several times and the guy did nothing. My friend asked for a french gel manicure. The guy did a free hand french line and did not clean it up to look straight. The colors were old and she had something stuck on her nail from the color and he refused to try to fix it. Just avoid this place. It is too expensive for TERRIBLE service. Go to a place like 10 10 for FABULOUS service and a great manicure! This place is very close to my house but I will travel further from home from now on for much better service.

Never get a under cut specially from Adrian! Feel offended and it looks worse day by day in other words looks like a katori cut

Not so experienced stylists. Doesn't know how to do beard styling/haircut. Not the Tony & Guy level you would like to have.
