I visited the Toni & Guy GK1 on the other day.and I was just delighted to see the cleanliness and ambiance of of that place.
The another thing I was impressed a lot was the conduct of the staff and especially the Manager Mr. Pankaj Sharma. He was so helpful and cheerful actually he made my day there. The way he was taking care of minute necessities of mine and also making sure that I'm getting comfortable with my stylist and other staff there.overall I'll recommend everyone who wanna get a professional service and to go there once and experience the customer services.

Dimple is pretty good when it comes to hair cuts and hair colors. I appreciate that he doesn’t force his preferences and takes time out to patiently understand exactly what, why and how I want the end result to be. And obviously then does a terrific job at it.

Awesome short haircut given by Dimple - he was great in terms of his knowledge of styles and recommendations in how to style my hair. Got many compliments for my haircut. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend the place and the artist!

It's a great place to get your Hair cut, but at the same time, it's very much on the expensive side, so it's upto the customer, but their medium rance of Barbers are worth the money!

Saloon is well maintained, hygenic, reciption guy pankaj is very polite and helpful will visit again

I had recently gone to this branch of tony and guy for a kerastase fusio dose treatment which is worth 1500/-, but their main senior stylist, as usual because he wanted to sell his product, sold the kerastase ritual to me which was worth 3000/-. Fine. I thought the result would be just great. I have really frizzy hai and i was suggested to go for it and it would really calm the frizziness and result would last for 10-15 days. But again, the result was the same. My hair is still frizzy. Rather more frizzy than they were before that ritual. And thus the result didnt last for even one day. I would really recommend not to go for these high end salons and specially go for these silly hair rituals because none of these work.

If you go to Karan and only Karan at Toni and Guy G K 1 M block, New Delhi.you will be transported into another realm. This is the work of an artist. As Karan works with your hair he is in a trance and you are in this wild imagining with him. The imagination is bold, the strokes are deft and certain like a practised magician. And you end up looking your sassiest best when done. Karan, you are truly gifted.

I applied as a Salon manager Job NEHA called me for Interview she cleared my interview the. NEHA told me come for FULL DAY for Trail next day I given that also you Cleared this also give me one day I’ll talk to the FRANCHISE OWNER then you can Join over there.

Next Day when I called NEHA she Refused to talk Totally Unprofessional. When I Called again NEHA said there is NO VACANCY.

My person experience of Service is Good but the Manager Neha she is Totally Unprofessional having Lots of Attitude don’t know how to talk with the Clients. Making people’s Fool with Sugar coated words. Else everything was Superb.

I’ve had the best experience at Toni & Guy GK1, specially with their head stylist - Karan. He was extremely patient and understanding and has given me the best hair colour and hair cut I’ve ever had. Has transformed my look and I’m loving every bit of it.

Got a haircut there yesterday. No wait, let me rephrase. I paid about 1200 bucks to have my hair COMPLETELY RUINED by an incompetent barber, who, after the deed was done, was in complete denial about his tragic lack of skills, and said that the haircut i got is exactly what I asked for. This incident is the second time in a row that I've come out of the salon disappointed. Lost my faith in the brand completely, will not go again.

I went to Toni & Guy based on a recommendation for Karan, the lead stylist there. I was so pleasantly surprised to see the attention to detail and the passion he put into his craft. From the consultation, to the recommendation, to the actual execution, everything was great! I got a haircut and colour, and I’m super happy with it! I let him take the lead and do what he thought was right, and he did amazingly! He’s very meticulous, and has so much knowledge about what he does. Gave me the perfect haircut and colour. It was a great experience! 1000/10 would recommend.:)
