I had done the keratin last week, the guy did very well and the second time again they call for straighten and hair wash but on that day same guy was not available so one lady did my hair straighten she was so careless she even doesn’t know how to do properly now my hair became wavy only after 4 days. I request you to all don’t go to tony & guy (green Park) they won’t provide u good service and one more thing I must say the lady at reception was so so rude she doesn’t know how to talk with customer and bad attitude towards the customer.

I get regular hair rituals done from Tony and guy green park and the experience is wonderful, very relaxing and love the ambience. All the staff is very polite and attentive to the customers request.

Went there on Tuesday to get purple ombre hair. Looked nice. After washing 2 times, the purple is gone and it's now pastel pink. It did not even last a week even though it was a colour and I paid about 15k for it. It's a disappointment!

Really satisfied with their service, but they are overpriced and most of the time won't provide the bill, for which i'm deducting one star.

Perfect hair saloon. I come to green park all the way from Faridabad. Goldy is the man to ask for. He is very professional, polite and good at his work. He doesn’t push you to buy their stuff and always talk good about your hair.

The stylists are good, and the place is well maintained. But they are notorious for not giving the bill.

A seemingly good parlour where stylist Mr Goldy explained very nicely and cleared all doubts. BUT the procedure is NOT followed as explained by the stylist. Hence I deducted one star. Another star I deducted for not providing a proper bill. The bill which does not mention the services I took made me skeptical about them. Overall result was satisfactory.

Went a month back. I like being dressed in a simple manner and identify as a Trans person. The first thing the attendant /manager told me is cost of a haircut with a undertone if I can pay or not. On top of that, the continues profiling and signalling through staff. That wasoffensive on so many levels. Wonder how they treat people. When they figured out I could, they were all in service mode. But they kept exchanging laughs. Cos of body weight and well cos I had a mouth to give my opinion or want a service. Way to go

Have been to other Toni&Guy branches but this branch stands out in terms of the expertise advise, service, hospitality and amazing staff!
Would recommend to try their service as you won't be disappointed.

Worst experience. I did kerasmooth and it didn't even last a week. Wastage of going to a known salon and also they charge so much.

If you want a regular, nothing weird and crazy kinda haircut they do a good job but when you want them to be a little creative and thoughtful, i dont think they get it right. I have a round face and I wanted bangs. They gave me box bangs. The overall job is nice but the only problem is box bangs look terrible on a round face. It makes you look like marry poppins or something. He should've realised that he needs to make the ends pointy and the sides longer to make the face look less round or boxy. I will not get another experimental haircut anywhere outside lakme absolute now. They are the only ones in South Delhi with actual taste and experience

So I got a spa manicure done, two of them working on each hand as it was closing soon. Sadly, one of them started cutting my cuticle so deep it started bleeding (two fingers, don’t miss). He was sorry for it so I didn’t complain. But the next day that is today when I look at my hands it is so badly done, all my cuticle over cut and paining (as you how painful it is when cuticle are wounded). Nail were shaped nicely but dry skin left undone and my hand literally looks like i had no mani done for years and looks really dry even after applying hand cream a gazillion time. It’s really disappointing when you pay a bomb and come home feeling betrayed and cheated and unhappy.

I had a good experience here. Got a haircut done and liked it a lot. Had to chop off a lot of my hair length so wanted to go to a good place to get it done. The only thing is that the price is pretty steep so if you want to visit this place, ensure that you save enough. Can't complain about that though because everyone is already aware of the fact that it is one of the good salon brands. Also, there are a lot of fake toni&guy shops in Delhi. This one is real. Searched the address from Toni&Guy's official website. You can locate salons in any city on their website and ensure that you go to the originals only.

Had a terrible experience with a haircut here - I wanted a pixie, but I left with a hastily done, overpriced hackjob. The stylist cut it way too short, didn't layer it properly, and didn't really listen to my inputs on my own hair. Wouldn't recommend.

Worst experience ever they burnt my scalp I have red rashes on it! They pulled my hair so badly, it was hurting.

Not up to the mark at the price they offer, I chose the creative artist and got a haircut a week back.
The ambience and people are pretty good but I felt a bit of creativity and professionalism lacking.

I feel sorry to give such a bad review as the place was moderately price and it’s certianyl clean. However the guy got the hair cut so wrong that I actually went home and cried. My hair was long and needed only a small trim and I did explain thsi very clearly. However the guy just CHOPPED off 15cm of my hair! I had long hair and now my hair barely reach my shoulders and in tip of this I have curly hair and he cut shorter hair on sides and I looke like a mushroom now. It’s gonna take at least one year to grow my hair as they were before, and a lot of patience and self acceptance when I look at myself in the mirror. Avoid at any cost this place.

Just had a hair cut by Saleem. Excellently well trained and understand your requirement. I highly recommend hair cut by Saleem. He not only understand my unrealistic need but at the same time suggest me the hair cut that suit my face.

If you want professionals to style your hair then this place is surely for you.amazing experience, my hair previously were damaged by divas and machos branch dwarka but the staff (saleem) in toni n guy did justice to my hair. A few weeks ago I got a haircut here. I booked an appointment with the ‘creative director’ so that I am in safe hands. I am very particular about my haircut and usually carry pictures on my phone of my last haircut so that the dresser doesn’t mess it up. Showed him the pics, he went chop chop and it was done. The WORST haircut I have every received looks like I went to one of those under the tree shops. In telling him that he messed up my hair he went on to explain on how my hair has been cut in the wrong way and he is correcting it. And now I roam with an ugly hair cut.
Not to forget I waited after my hair wash for 10 - 15 mins coz the creative director was colouring someone s hair who walked in after me.

I had booked a de tan facial with them on the same visit. No difference to the skin but I definitely got a huge nail mark on my neck.

Really expensive. Badly trained staff. No clue what they are doing.

Really bad. Staff over confident. Spoiled & burned my hair. The price unnessary high compare to poor service. I was really upset about the service. I don't know about other Tony and Guy parlours but the one in Green park, Dellhi was really ridiculous!

P. S - I remember the staff. Sunny I read here in most of the reviews above was the over confident guy who spoiled my hair. He talked so much with the other lady clients and forgot to washed my hair. The other junior staff keep on asking him for the wash but till the time they washed my hair it totally got break and damaged. Still it's three months after the incident I am unable to recover my hair.
