I have been visiting the salon since so many years now. I would like to appreciate the staff - Sushil (hairstylist) he is one of the best so far specially with the hair cut. There are others too who are good in the work like mani pedi.sorry for not remembering the names. Overall, the staff is too good.soft spoken and provide services at best.

This is the place I can trust BLINDLY…I met Mr. Kartikeya for the first time in 2015 when I had to get my global hair Color done for the first time (I used to use henna for few years then) and it was so tough to remove the henna affect and Color my hair. I came in afternoon and went almost at night. This man tried hard and after 3-4 tries, we finally got the Color I never thought would look good on me; I was loving every bit of it and myself more and he charged me only for 1 time. I got my best hair days from him and his team. Hats off! I still can trust this place blindly for my hair. I never choose the haircut or the Color or the style but he knows it so well what is going to go well with my hair type (which is by the way very frizzy). This is the perfect place for the confused girls like me who do not know what do they want but the best. I can vouch for Total care and Mr. Kartikeya’s service for his clients. He won’t disappoint.

I have been going here since I was a child but the service has become very ignorant today I waited 35 mins for the haircut that I get from my usual guy and when I asked him how much longer it will take he told me more 35 mins in the starting he could have said that sir I am busy it is gonna take some time but no I waited 40 mins just to wait another 30 mins Very upset from the service never going there again.

I did not like the experience as they don't keep the place clean. The equipments are not sanitized.
Post covid the main thing a person needs is cleaniness and hygiene but that was surely not there. Disappointed.
