Pathetic experience very rude behaviour.and sub optimal goods with very high price. I bought a bat in.it turned out to be defective and of inferior quality.
See the termite infested bat.you have given as I trusted you blindly.

Pathetic experience, bought a set of books worth ₹1650/- and a toy of ₹1250/- for gifting purpose but unfortunately that kid already had that same book set so I requested the shop to exchange that but the owner of this shop is so rude and arrogant that kept on saying that we don’t exchange even though we requested a lot but he was not at all ready to listen n kept on repeating the same words, i asked if he is okay with losing a customer over this silly thing and he said “Doesn’t care”. I regularly shop at Hamleys n kiddyland amar colony but never had such pathetic experience. Never ever visit or shop from this place. And also the same set if books i bought from here for ₹1659/- is available at other shops for ₹1350/-

Visited once only on a recent visit to delhi. Bought 4 toys and liked the quality and dealing both.
