Great service, if you have the bill and product is within warranty and they have the replacement device in inventory, will replace immediately, no questions asked. Only thing, they will replace with refurbished device.
To start with after reading the negative reviews I had my doubts.however the following happened. On 28th August I visited the TP Link service centre, it was not crowded with people 2 staff and about 1 or 2 customers. There were 2 staff members Gautam and Devendra, on entering they asked me to wait for 5 minutes and within 5 minutes, they asked me to come to the reception, I shared the concern being faced, handed over the Tapo Camera, and witthin a short time they resolved the issue, in addition to resolving they patiently answered my questions in an appropriate manner.
Gautam and Devendra were helpful, professional and assisted me. Based on my experience I gave them a 5 star rating.
However, there are 2 sides to the coin of a reveiw, which is as follows
Customers many at times behave in a rash and indecent manner with the staff for XYZ reason, and write down their side only, but the employee has no option.
Let us all try to make this world a better place, be respectful and kind to one another, and if we cannot be kind lets not be rude either.
Very bad service center in nehru place. The staff one person is so rude. And asking for like aadhar card pan card again and again. I have original invoice copy of the product but that person refused to solve the problem. This is my request that tp link have to take strict action for that person. If the action is not done than the brand name of tp link is in danger.
Amazing Experience with TP-Link Brand and also Service Center.i actually came from to far and I reached early before opening time of service centre, One Technician, his Name (Mr. Gautam) Came 9: 45 around at service center. He took only my 5 minutes and resolved my prblm at a time, its so impressive work, i thought reviews was fake but it was my own great experience with the service centre.thanks Mr. Guatam for resolved my problem & saved my time
I visited the store after reading the reviews from other customers. I was bit unsure initially that the reviews can be fake as well, however the real experience I had with the service center is totally matching with other reviews. Timely resolution, Politeness of the customer dealing technician (Mr. Gautam) and off course "NO QUESTIONS" asked. Bingo!
Want to thank Mr. Devender for making extra efforts to provide replacement in 1 week. I was expecting it to be in 15-20 days as it was the first time I received replacement for T2U Nano adapter.
Deducting 1 star as still want TP Link to improve quality as the adapter got faulty twice in 3-4 months (Same Fault) also If they can replace the adapter at service centre hand to hand to save time and avoid any hassle to visit them again and again.
Very polite and friendly staff. Changed my faulty router within 5 minutes of reaching there. And also made me understand the technicalities of the router.
Here is the easy direction if you are going via metro, nearest. Nearest Metro Station is Nehru Enclave, exit from Gate Number 2 towards Main Market, in Main Market walk towards Lenovo Showroom, there is a small street entrance on the left side of Lenovo Showroom, look out for Raja House and you reach your destination Guys here are so helpful, on Saturday their timing are 10am yo 1: 30pm. Due to bad weather and rain I got stuck on my way to their office and arrived at 1: 30 but they still entertained me.engineer run some tests and after that issued me replacement unit within 5 minutes or so.
Great Service! I was facing some issue with my tpLink router. I met with Gaurav at the service center and he resolved the issue within couple of minutes.
