Worst customer service, nobody picks up call, no update about delivery time. Product stuck at trans yamuna hub for 2days and it's just at a 15min distance from delivery point

Wrong location provide.worst experience.this branch making us fool.i recommend to take strict action against him

They are giving worst service of courier am requesting everyone please don't
use this courier service from 2 days my parcel was in the Kolkata but when i want to talk with customer care so all the number was busy no body was picking the call so in my opinion it was fake organization

What a waste of time my parcel is not delivered to me from past 2 days its in my nearest hub they don't have employees the have bunch of jokers working with group of monkeys in the office who don't know how to work.

3rd class courier service. Do not use such kindly of courier service. I am very disappointed.no one is picking up the call nor they deliver the courier. Custom care services numbers are also not respond ing.
I don't know how they get the licence to run the courier services.

Very cheap service if i give rate then must be negative no call by courier guy update incomplete address and if i try to call nobody pick call, worst service

Booked pathology sample on last Friday and till now (Tuesday) not delivered, its pathetic, ridiculous

I would love to give rating in negative if possible for such pathetic courier service. They are not responding phone calls and when respond peoples are so rude. Very Poor Service, would not recommend anyone to use it.

Very bad experience. No tracking idea, web site never works. Neither able to get connected on call. They are unable to deliver courier in same city since last 5 days

Particularly Trans Yamuna Hub of Trackon Courier Service is pathetic. Highly irresponsible. They keep there phone numbers busy whole day just to avoid customer queries.
