Bahut hi ghatiya service hai.
Bahut hi bat meeji se baat karte hai
Customer care bhi same hai, nobody cares if you book a package or waiting for a courier then go to other couriers not tracon they only harres you and ask you to come is other location if you want your package to collect, self collect.

Very Bad services, avoid using Trackon Regular, they want us to use their Prime services, which is still works fine.but all over bad customer experience.

Very bad service.no phone number is working.corier reached on 24/12 21 @vasantkunj but has not yet delivered to me.today is 29/12/21

Warning never never use trackon you will regret whole life.i wasted my 2 months running after these guys and after complaining to consumer forum they started replying.this was worst experience that anyone can see they made my life hell.

Worst service ever. They didn’t deliver the my product even after six days. And they guaranteed it to be delivered within 3 days. Even I dnt have any information about my product.

Holds up the courier for no reason. Package sent to me came in two days but now it has been 8 days and still haven't received the package.
