Trackon Couriers (Head Office)

Very bad customer service, many banches doesn't even have a contact number which is working and the customer care number also wont be useful my consignment haven't delivered till now which arrivied at their office a week ago

Very bad experience with trackon i have issue with trackon "bai ka bag, prayagraj" Branch. He is not delivering the shipment from last few days instead he call everyone to come and take it. We pay money for home delivery. When I tried to raise a complain then I got to know that their is no customer care service available when you call on their number their is no option available to talk to customer care executive. I request all companies please don't ship their shipment from trackon untill they value their customers

They are not responding my call after so many time, and the are not given tracking id also so you track your itame.if you going with trackon couriers the you get so much problems.

I have experienced track on services on the bad side but I visited the warehouse and saw how couriers arrive in millions. Not easy man

I recently visited this place because of my shipment delivery related issue.

But they have not put up any board with the name of their company. This place is right next to Naraina Fire Station. If you are going towards Shadipur, then it is on the left side from the first red light from Loha Mandi flyover.

There is no problem regarding parking here.
Staff is also cooperative. If you have a query related to your shipment then the staff here will help you as far as possible.

This office is available from 10: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM for shipment related assistance.

No wheelchair facility is available. The reception of this office is on the ground floor but all the higher officers sit on the 2nd floor.

Customer care support is not supported it's rubbish, lousy, poor, cheapish etc etc courier company.

The courier service is bad. Once you miss the delivery they lie about attempting to deliver again. But actually they bluff. This courier services is not at all recommended. No one picks up the phone even. To complain.

Really worst experience never use trackon the parcel is really delayed and it was really urgent for me

It has been two weeks since my parcel was dispatched from Guwahati. But till date, I haven't received my Parcel. Even a bullockcart does not take that much time to reach Dibrugarh from Guwahati. Moreover, phone calls are not being received. Worst service. Please think thrice before using this company's service.

Worst customer service, they charge for next day delivery (#prime), but mostly deliver the consignment 1 day late.not recommended.

Pathetic service.i send my parcel to Bengaluru on 15th of June and it's 22nd and there is no update.the trackon person is saying "Go and complaint online ". No one is ready to taking responsibility.

Not next day delivery worst user experience not responding to the customer queries.

Praveen khurana is the owner he is super sweet and will make a fool out of you nothing else I request everyone to not take any service from his courier company. Never seen anyone like this person. He thinks clients are fool has taken has lost our Rs550 worth parcel and doesn’t even bother to return the money.

0 stars for delivery and respons from the Vijayawada office, worst service from trackon, not delivering once package reached to them, keeping package with them and after 10 days they are delivering to the address.my parcel was reached on 22 Sept 2020 still not reached to me parcel was booked on 18 Sept 2020. There should be an option to rate as 0 and below. Parcel tracking shows out for delivery for the past seven days and still not delivered. They book it at high rates promising fast delivery. No answers from any number of trackon. Very worst fraud delivery company in the world. Such Frauds should be heavily fined and punished.

Never try to book a parcel in Trackon any branch like most probably in Coimbatore. Fake peoples in Coimbatore branch making a trackon worst service. For better services better option you can use DTDC, gati, safe express, TCI, are better option.

I send one courier on 31st august to Imphal and till date it did'nt reached to lmphal and showing at same place in transit to Imphal what a pathetic service it's 22 days now and noone picking up the calls and no reply of email

Worst couriers service ever, package is out of delivery but noone deliver untill 2 day when I call him to delivery they told me that that area is not in our under. Rather then they kept package as it is no information pass on to package owner
