Very irresponsible company, rude staff, not reliable service, very bad flying experience from gupt kashi to kedarnath

We had worst experience with Tras Bharat Aviation. The staff is very unorganized and ill mannered. We were informed to reach the helipad at 6.00 am but the entire staff didn't come till 8.00 due to which we had to wait for long hours. The first flight departed at around 9.30 am and soon after few flights they stopped the services for breakfast beacuse of which some of our family members had to stay back in Guptkashi. On reaching the Kedarnath Dham they started calling us back by continuously contacting us and we had to rush back but on reaching the helipad they again sent half of our family and stopped the services saying they didn't have enough passangers from Guptakshi to Kedarnath and thus they will not send the helicopter for the pilgrims waiting at the Kedarnath helipad to come back to Guptakashi. Also, the staff was very impolite and rude and fought with the passangers and even threatened to cancel their tickets. Their policies are also not very good. They charge extra ₹150 per kg on body weight above 80kg and luggage weight above 2kgs which does not seem appropriate specially in case of male members whose average weight is generally above 80 kgs.
Overall it is a very irresponsible and bad aviation service.

Worst experience with Trans Bharat operator. Staff members at Guptakashi and at Kedarnath are too much arrogant and rude. I had booked ticket for my son from Guptakashi to Kedarnath and return, but they cheated us and my son couldn't go in the helicopter. I lost 8000 rupees and no travel in the helicopter. Staff don't have humanity, they take advantage of helplessness of the pilgrims. I wish Kedarnath teach a lesson to them.

We booked through Shivoham Heli Service, we got trans Bharat as service provider. It was ok

Very poor service and no proper quality care. Char dham yatra is taken for granted. They have collected the full amount through Diamond hospitality Haridwar and not upto the mark. No one takes responsibility and very very bad and poor service

Please don’t book any ticket with them
Corrupt staff
And no replay from customer care also

Well maintained and easy to locate. Walking distance from metro and airport.
