In the beginning, all the trainers will help and guide you. But when you refused the Personal Trainer offer then they don't like to see u in the jym. When you will go to join the jym.they will surely impress you by a list of services but finally you will get the equipments only.

A trainer (with beard) doesn't have an open mind to accept new things.keeps on disturbing in between the exercise.

12 days to join everything is superb except the trainer's force for PT wen u said no for PT they dnt bother wat r u doing? Wen I joined trainer was helping a lot. But wen u refuse for PT they will not tell u about exercise n oll. It was like a dream to go to this gym i was planing and saving money from 1 year ago after joining seeing this kind of response. Broke me from inside.

Most hygienic and well kept gym in Dilshad Garden. All trainers are very attentive and the timings are very flexible. All timings are comfortable for girls, great decorum maintaining. Gym is well equipped with equipments and are kept clean.
