Most excellent service! All arranged over email. Until I was in-country and required a last minute change of travel plans. The TIHolidays agent worked with me after hours over WhatsApp as International cell roaming was blocked in my location. Everything was worked out and my travel was uneventful.

The holiday in S India was olanned by Sandhya, who couldn't have been more helpful, informative, or quick to reply. We had a rough outline of where we wanted to visit, and she was able to create an itinerary around all. The first half of the trip included many temple destinations and Pondicherry, a delightful French supported city, still European in flavour. The second half was more scenic, rising through the tea hill plantations, and finishing with a relaxing day on the backwaters of Cochin, a charming fishing, and now much enjoyed tourist town.
Our driver came from Cochin and was with us throughout. I can't praise him enough and he really made the holiday for us. Not only was he great company, speaking excellent English, but, when guide-free, extremely knowledgeable about his country and its history. He would even detour from the itinerary to show us something a little different. One of our best diversions was a visit to a flower market, where bridal decorations were being expertly constructed from petals from various flowers. He also took us to little back street liquor outlets, where excellent Indian wine could be purchased at a sensible price (Indian alcohol taxes are prohibitive). Ragesh had a warm caring personality and a constant smile on his face, constantly checking on our well-being, and guiding us to great restaurants.
The only drawback was that we packed too much in to our 12 days. Only 3 double nights meant constant packing and unpacking, and some long driving days were just too long. But that was our choice. Also, whilst the guides were on the whole very good, the one in Trichi tried to tell me how much I should tip him, and then made me write an assessment of his service. That did not go down well.
But it was a truly great experience as visiting India always is, and I would recomnend Transindia to anyone wanting to explore this glorious country

We ordered tour in Moscow (Russia) for 4 senior ladies (not speaking English), one of them was my mom. The manager in the Delhi office was in touch with me by email all their journey long, so I didn't worry how they spent their time, I knew that everything was great. As my mom said, their Russian-speaking guide Mr. Manoj (on the photo) is the best she'd ever met. He was very polite, knowledgeable, well-mannered person, ready to help any moment, even when the tour was finished and they had some problem with the hotel they stayed before departing. I really advice this Agency, here you'll find professionals with open hearts.

Trans India organised our guides and driver on behalf on Trailfinders. Our driver Aswani was amazing such a nice guy who made our holiday even more memorable. Everything was spot on, with local reps and guides always on time and very informative. I fell on holiday and the guide that day was really great, buying relevant ointments and organiing an xray for me. Hats off to you guys you really did a great job for our entire holiday.

We booked our holiday with Trans India Holidays second time after we had a great experience previous time. Sure it was an amazing experience again. The service was amazing and truly a different level. The guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were on time all the time and not one single incident to complain. Absolutely pampered!

I had the opportunity to travel with Trans India Holiday some 15 years ago with 7 friends, an adventurous trip with a private driver through the rajasthan that supposed for us as the very first contact with India. This year (august 2019) and now married and with 2 children we found like it was the time to visit India again and Trans India Holiday was out of the question. Great support in the previous organization, tailor made itineraries, transportation arrangements (bus, car, train, planes,), welcome support in every new city, very well guides with local knowledge for whatever you need. Everything worked very very well, I'll give you 2 examples: we forgot my children camera in Udaipur and they managed to take it (for free) to Delhi a few days later. After every new place they'll ask for customer feedback as they're very interested in continuous improvement. I obviously found some things in India that did not expected, but I felt that with Trans India Holiday I was in very good hands (if not the best). By the way, I've travel the world my own in more than 20 countries but I think India (specially if it's the first time, you're travelling with children or you want to avoid time loses) is worth to be backed-up with a local and expert agency like Trans India Holiday (Jaime, Spain, 42ys)

We have used Trans India Holidays on two separate occasions for organised local tours of Delhi and Rajasthan. On each occasion the organisation was faultless. The attention to detail, standard of vehicles and accommodation has been exceptional. The drivers and guides they employ are brilliant, personable and extremely helpful. The tours provide exceptional value for money [much cheaper than booking through a UK agent]. Tours can be personalised and Trans India Holidays go out of their way to offer advice and helpful options. Responses to email queries are answered quickly. All bookings can be made on-line and payments made in the same manner.

We Traveled to India and Nepal for 1 month in November after reviewing the Trans India Holidays we decided to book through them in Delhi from Australia. I was apprehensive at the start but after reading the positive reviews and knowing that UK Trail Finders use them I decided to go ahead.

After many emails back and forward an itinerary was settled on. It was comprehensive and offered lots of variety and wonderful sights and awesome adventures.

The tour did not disappoint and the proffessional service from the staff of guides, agents and drivers was excellent.

I requested some heritage and colonial hotels in the mix and that was considered. Hotels were mid range in price and were very satisfactory. Breakfast was always included. At the Rathembore, Chitiwin Parks and at Pushkar Hotel (for the camel fair) three meals a day were provided.

We felt we got good value for the tour which included guide, car, hotels a train journey.also 4 internal flights and flight Delhi to kathmandu. All tickets to the sights were inclusive as were the jeep safari tours and boat and elephant safaris.

What I liked most about this holiday was the attentiveness of all staff involved allowing us a smooth stressless holiday.

We were met at every airport, hotel, train station for departures and pickups. Each person was professional and at every destination an agent clarified the schedule for that day and the next.
The guides were always on time and excellent, imparting good knowledge of the sights and their attentiveness saved us on many a road crossing. I feel we were not hassled by hawkers and the like because the guides were very aware. They were considerate respectful and spoke good english.

The drivers were patient, careful and showed remarkable experience in the chaotic traffic conditions. Drivers did not leave the airport until our planes departed in case one was delayed and they needed to take us to another destination.
That was an impressive service from Trans India Holidays.

Its a handy hint to have the drivers and guides tips ready at the end of each day or half day. Also have lots small notes for rickshaw drivers and hotel staff.

Our itinerary was flexible and we could change it easily.something we could not get in a group tour. Sandhya the tour operator arranged at the last minute an airport pickup in Delhi, hotel, car and driver for my daughter who was able to join us unexpectedly in Jaipur a remarkable service that we appreciated greatly.
In Nepal our schedule was easily changed so we could do a memorable guided trek in the mountains starting before sunrise.

I've traveled to India in 2016 with TransIndia Holidays, and it was a memorable experience. Me and my wife had a wonderful time there. Before we go they were extremely helpful online (Sandhya answered all my messages promptly and with attention to all the details). Arriving there, we've been to Delhi, Varanasi, Agra and Jaipur. All the guides and local representatives were polite, dedicated and made their best to make the most of our experience. Just remind to talk in advance if you don't want to be taken to "forced shopping". I really recommend this company. We used Trans India Holidays for a fast paced 8 day tour of Northern India last Novemeber. Our experience was far more superior than we ever expected. From the knowledgeable guides to experienced drivers to 5 star hotels, this trip was nothing short of 1st class! So don't let the affordable rates scare you away! I would recommend Trans India Tours to even my wealthiest of friends. We loved our experience so much we are starting to plan our next tour with them for Southern India. Having traveled most of the world, I can say with confidence that you will not find a better experience with any other company regardless of the price!
