If you are looking for trademark or any other service from this company, kindly look out other company as they have lack of professionalism and they just look out there personal work.
Applied for a trademark registration on Jun 2,2016 they took 1 month to file an application. As per scope of work they have to track the status and update to me. Suddenly one day when myself checking the status trademark authority has raised a query a month back and sent a letter to them. When I called CS Prashanth whom I was coordinating he was not aware! As per scope of work they should update to customer but here vise versa!
Even after several followup from Dec16 still they could not able to provide answer to trademark authority. Even there assistant picking the call and they are not aware of anything. Now, CS Prashanth has blocked my number, Also, even mistake is from there side got a reply " you are not paid premium hence I am taking my sweet time! "
So this company and CS Prashanth is taking there sweet time from Dec 16 will see how many sweet days they need.
My suggestion is kindly avoid these people.

Absolutely atrocious. Numerous errors in filing, excuses for delays, often unreachable for days. They claimed they could complete the NGO registration formalities in 20-30 days. It's now been nearly a year and the work is yet to be completed.

Very careless people, very poor service, it's been six months since applied for registration but not yet complete. Neither they are answering our phone calls nor they are bothered about our situation.
