ऋषिकेश से यात्रा प्रारंभ कर सातवें दिन हरिद्वार वापस हुए। यात्रा काफी सुखद एवं यादगार रहा।
ट्रैवल नमस्ते इंडिया की ओर से रोहित राणा जी ने गाड़ी, होटल इत्यादि का प्रबन्ध किया था जो प्रशंसनीय है।

Mr. Akash Pal has organized a week long trip to Gujarat. The trip was well co-ordinated except for a few short comings, which have been communicated for improvement in their services. Sure they will improve on the recommendations suggested.

Just came back from a 4 night, 5 day trip from Dehradun to Badrinath and back. Worked with Shimmy, who was excellent in support. Facilities were very good. It was a comfortable trip with elders.

I planned Chaardhaam Yatra with my wife and the other 2 family members starting from 4th October to till 13th October '23. When I saw the pax price (package for 2), I was thrilled and excited. I immediately contacted Travel Namaste India. For my bad luck Mr. Rohit started handling my case about 4 months back itself. I completed the yatra registration quickly and paid the advance for a package without the Helicopter at Kedar. But when my wife (73 years) expressed her difficulty in taking a either Palki or Pittu, I insisted Rana to look for Helicopter tickets. He changed the package to the one with the the Helicopter by increasing the cost by ₹20k for 2. We were very happy and excited to take up the yatra and also enjoy a Helicopter trip. But comes 23rd october- the day on Rana had to book our tickets on IRCTC web site, he calls me at 12.20pm and pleads innocence and says gracefully that he failed to get our tickets. He suggested that he would arrange for tickets at 250% enhanced cost. We agreed for that suggestion right away and without blinking my eye transferred ₹1.0 lakhs to the company's boss Mr. Vinod. He was in knowledge of this payment, as he had acknowledged the payment. Rohit assured us to get the ticket one day prior to our helicopter trip to be taken on 10th. We reached Guptakashi on 9th by 7pm. When I called up to Rohit for the ticket, he throws his hands up and in turn asked me to call on his boss Mr. Vinod. He expressed innocence about he having received ₹1.0L. There was co-ordination between him and his subordinate Mr. Rohit Rana. I promptly asked for the refund of my ₹1.0L. He agreed for the same and sent ₹60K on that night and remaining ₹60L after 2 days. This is the greatest blunder the company did. They handled this as if they were beginners and totally inexperienced.
Coming to the other departments, we were quite withe vehicle Bollero that we got. We had a wonderful driver in Mr. Jagveer Singh, though his expertise in explaining about the places came a cropper. But for him we could not have completed the yatra successfully as per the schedule.
Next: Accommodation: we were given a decent accommodation in Guptakashi@ Kedar Valley Rsort. Accommodations were below standard in UK and GK. They were lacking the minimum basic hygiene and cleanliness not letting to talk about the food quality.
Unless they improve upon these factors, I am afraid that i would be recommending this company for others.
Mr. Vinod is a irresponsible person and Mr. ROHIT RANA is a hard working boy with little experience. He needs to improve his English. Company should have a representative with the tourists throughout as a guide and the local guardian.
I give 10 on 10 for transport and 2 on 10 for other things. We could successfully complete the yatra with our tenacity and perseverance and not with the company's efforts. In short, we were totally dis appointed with the company.

Uttarakhand Char dham yatra conducted by Namaste travels India is a marvelous agency. They are covering almost all the places in char dham yatra. Their associate staff are genius. Special credit goes to Shri Vinod kumar Negi who came in contact with me through my Colegue who had been to char dham in May 2022. We are in touch since SEPT 2022. Shri Vinod Kumar Negi is very polite, soft spoken personality, very loyal, a good guide and cooperative. He created affection and bonding between him and us With his sincere efforts we 11 members could have seen and covered almost all places.smoothly. With reasonable rates he has arranged good accommodation, morning tiffins, evening dinner and transport. I had booked a Char Dham package for my Mother & Father with the group of 2 another people for 9th days. The concern person was Priya Ji (Travel Namaste India) he really made their yatra very memorable and organized it well and also their driver Pummy ji are very good and helpful person. The service given by him was superb he was there till the end of my trip. The hotel, breakfast and dinner was also overall nice done all was good. As per my plan itinerary it was well executed. The travel agent Priya madam was very helpful and helped us out throughout the trip. She was very professional in her approach and quick to respond to our queries. The hotels were clean. The only issue was the bus driver was not very good and did not know many of the routes. Oversall the trip was organized very well and to our satisfaction.

We had an amazing Chardham yatra in May 2022. We had availed services of Mr Vinod Negi ji from Travel Namaste. With his superb knowledge of this places, he had arranged our schedule which was not tiresome and relaxing in this entire 12 days of yatra. He was also checking with us on the route and sharing updates on the routes etc. I would strongly recommend to avail services from Travel Namste.

He also helped us to arrange Vaishnov devi yatra as well.

Dear All Viewers,
I have planned to visit CHAR DHAM YATRA and as per review / ranking given by the visitors, I selected M/s. Travel Namaste India, Travel Agency. I have enquired their quotation on 4th May 2022 as I want to planned my visit to CHAR DHAM YATRA starts from 3rd June 2022 to 12th June 2022 from Haridwar.
They have submitted the quotation @ Rs. 36,900/- plus 5% GST per person (Total Cost: Rs. 193725/-). Our family members are 5 Nos, also they agreed Innova AC vehicle for travel as per quotation.
As per our travel planned, we are ready to start our journey on 3rd June 2022, before that we asked agency to give us to hotel accommodation details but they do not have such type of practice to book the hotel before we reach at destination. Daily morning, we have to send WhatsApp message for our hotel details. Then they book hotel whenever they get cheapest rate. On quotation they have given the well-known hotel names. They accommodate only at cheapest hotel, so do not expect good quality / standard hotel. And at that time, you do not have option to accommodate any other hotel as full advance payment already done to the agency.
Daily morning, we have to remind to agency for our stay at night, they do not brother, it’s got irritate as some place internet facilities not available. They accommodate Hotel Tapovan at Uttarkashi (Netala). This hotel does not have proper way to go to the hotel. One of small Galli, we have gone very scary as there is very slop on road. They arranged dinner and break-fast at another hotel near Hotel Tapovan. They provided below standard / poor quality of food, you never tested in your whole life.
Travel Namaste India send Innova vehicle with driver named Rinku. Basically, he is from Haryana. He always told that he is not a Driver, he is a vehicle owner. His behaviour is very crude. He do not want to use AC on simple strate road. He wants to visit only CHAR DHAM places. He denied to visit between any Holy places. If, we enquired any place, he simply said DON’T KNOW. He was argued so many places for not to visit sites as per our quotation. He was not visited Ardhnarishwar at Guptakashi also he was not stop at Prayagraj Holy point.
The agency booked our hotel 30 Kms beyond from Prayagraj so could not possible to visit Prayagraj.
All are requested to not to book any Travel Agency for your visit as after full of payment they don’t care you.
SUGGESTION:
Before start of the journey, you book the hotel ONLINE at HARIDWAR, BARKOT for 2 days, UTTARKASHI for 2 days, GUPTKASHI for 2 days, KEDARNATH for 1 day (Govt. Tent or Hotel), BADRINATH for 1 day and RUDRAPAYAG for 1 day as per their star ranking also book travel agency at Haridwar ONLINE. It is cheapest budget and get without tension your journey.
IT’S MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE NOT TO GO ANY TRAVEL AGENCY, MAKE YOUR OWN PLAN FOR HEARDLE FREE, TENSION FREE AND ALSO CHEAPEST COMPARED TO ANY TRAVEL AGENCY.
For safe of God, our CHAR DHAM YATRA has been done very successful.

Nice South India trip and first class services by Travel Namaste. Good and well planned trip. Drivers should be trained in hospitality, little bit rude driver we get. Resort should be near destination not so far as petel resort in waynad and yellow bamboo in coorg. Food was amazing in all places. Hotel staff was very polite and humble specially in sterling ilk ooty. I will go with you in next trip surely. I give 4.5/5 to travel namaste.
