Trip was planned well and communicated well by Ms. Latika ma'am. She was very accomodating and helpful. The onground drivers were very strict about punctuality which I felt could have been a little flexible as one can't keep exact time during vacation always.

Throughout the trip, my parents felt well taken care of. The travel agent had arranged for transportation to and from the airport and for all activities planned. We recently travelled to Dubai. Excellent trip planning by Latika. This will remain one of our best trip. Entire trip went smoothly. There were no issues or no deviations from the planning. Trip coordinators, Latika communicated very well and helped us wherever required.

The trip was planned perfectly with good choice of hotel and comfortable itinerary. Special thanks to Latika & Pranjal madam for continuous follow up, not only unto booking, but also during the travelling abroad. They responded very quickly to all problems and queries irrespective of time of the day. Some mismanagement was seen from overseas (Dubai) travel agency in timings of vehicle arrival, behavior of driver, provision of information etc. However, we cannot put that blame on indian agency and I am sure that these problems will also be rectified by our agency. Really enjoyed the trip and vacation.

Memorable Trip to Dubai, UAE.

Ranked in order we loved Dubai Marina Cruise the most followed by Desert Safari, View at the Palm, Dubai City Tour, Burj Khalifa and Global Village. We did not include Ferrari world so our Abu Dhabi tour was average though the Grand Mosque was great.

The rates at which TravelAwesome booked the hotels and land cost was quite reasonable. There were few ups and downs in terms of communication with the agent which led to confusions but in the end most of the things were sorted out. The services and responsiveness were prompt as well as helpful. The inclusions were really nice, convenient and worth the price. The exclusions were communicated transparently and there were no hidden terms or last moment suprises. Overall exceeded expectations.
