This ajio store sell old clothes and has very limited options of clothes/brands.

Proper info/prices are not displayed.
I went for an exchange but staff gave a hard time and also charged me extra for single T-shirt and said as it is only exchange of single T-shirt so Discounted price is not applicable but if i exchange all 3 T-shirts (which i bought 1 day earlier) they are ok to give me discount. When i said ok i will bring all 3 t-shirts then they said, Sir we have already entered single t-shirt exchange info in system so exchange of all 3 t-shirts is not allowed.

So I ended up paying more during exchange.

What a LOGIC!

Staff at Billing counter is not helpful in any way and they do not give you proper info about any offers OR additional amount you have to pay before exchange.

I am not against Reliance Trends but would not recommend this particular store to anyone.

This Reliance Trends store can be used as a landmark in jiobut not for shopping. LOL!

Worst experience. I wanted kurti for an occasion.they asked me to buy it online instead. I told them that i need it in 2 days, I dont want to buy it online.the staff there made an online purchase on my behalf and said it will be delivered in 2 days.unfortunately, i didnt get within that time frame. I couldnt understand the point behind not allowing me to buy it from their counter and making an online purchase.sheer waste of time and energy.foolish staff.when the customer is saying that i want to buy it now, what problem do they have.

Worst Shopping Experience ever in Jawalaheri Market. Behaviour with customer is rude. Shopkeeper Ego is so high.

I love this place. It has good range of clothes and quality matches the price of it. Staffs are hospitable as well. They always have trendy clothes and new collection whenever i visit there.

I have did lots of shopping from there they have just good stock of ethnic wear not great

Poor response after sale of clothes at the time of replacement, staff not interested in replacement. Bad experience.

Ac is not working want to shop but can't walk in suffocated environment
