I visited today to ask about makeup charges, they just told me that - 3k charges.
After that he did not ask me anything about when do you want to get it done or any other questions.
I felt very strange that what kind of salon is this, they are not entertaining me so I left the salon.

Excellent place and service, will come here again! Highly recommended and they did such a nice service for my young daughter too!

Most hopeless services!
My son went for hair color streak of specific shades. There staff do not have professional knowledge on how to chemicals. They have hired unprofessional staff you are jurist nit more than picked from local barbar shop. First the took 3 hrs to color the streak n then took 4 hrs to correct it. These guys are only interested in selling useless products and there fake membership.

Highly disappointed and recommend ppl in ashok vihar and around to cut down this saloon completely

But after hair cut owner charged Rs 300 and said Rs 100 extra for styling

I used to be a regular customer of Trendz for more than a decade now.but needless to say their quality has dropped drastically.inexperienced staff with poor quality products. I went for skin services and the brush that was used to apply product on my body literally broke strand by strand all over me and when I asked why such poor quality product was being used I was told it is discarded now.

Worst experience, too expensive and services very poor according to charges, totally bskwaas, very poor in beauty treatments please never go there.

I had a worst experience with them they have use dublicate products on me due to which my hair are completely damaged. Further they have advised me to take there products worth of rupees 17000.
Believe me after the treatment of kerashine and Botox I got a massive hair fall. After raising the complain there was no one who has given the resolution on this specially the owner of this salon. She just wanted to cheat the customers nothing else. She is having so much attitude that after calling them continuously for refund there was no resolution given by them. She doesn't have the guts to take my call. Hope this salon will be closed very soon because day by day everyone will experience there pathetic service with fake products. Please guys it's highly recommended not to choose this salon if you want save your hair and offcourse your money.

My son visited to the place on my recommendations, but the seat he was offers to get hair cut was full of hairs and dirt, of the last coustomer, and when he told staff of this filthyness, he was asked to sit in other chair and he found of soap foam and dust there too.
I now regret sending him there.

I visited for hair cut. Totally waste of money. Hashim gave me hair cut. He has attitude only his work is worst. I regret to visit this salon rather i should visit local beauty parlour. I will not recommend anyone to visit this salon. ऊंची दुकान फीका पकवान।

* Spoiled the Makeup of the Bride ~~ Beware *

We had booked the bridal make up from Tina madam (owner). On 4 July, when the bridal (came from out of Delhi) arrived at the salon Bharti (receptionist) said bride has no booking and without informing us she got the make up done from some random lady with a mask on her face, probably thinking no one would know who has done the terrible make up.
But fortunately, we and our relatives have noticed that Tina madam has not done the make up. The make up was a disaster - the bride looked far better without the makeup. On top of that, Bharti did not bother to inform us, that tina madam was not in town.
Just to make a few thousands of rupees she has spoiled our well planned wedding of our only brother.
Bharti did not let us talk to the owner, neither gave her number, nor make Tina the owner call us.
Spoiled our once in a lifetime event.
So beware of them,
I won’t suggest you to make any bridal make up booking with them else u will regret for ur whole life like us.

I always get my hair cut from Sajid. He is one of the best hair dressers in the city. Also the saloon has great ambience overall. Highly recommended.

2 stars for infrastructure and nothing else. Zero in terms of services and professionalism. If the manager is not there then the barbers will relax and keep you waiting and no one will be there to help you. They have the worst barbers in the world. Even a streetside barber is better than their so-called professional team

The work was good but their were a lot of people but less staff and seats I came there at three and they started the makeup at 5 I waited literally 2 hours some of the staff are very rude and some were very unprofessional

Worst worst worst.is the only word which can justify this salon.they are money minded people with zero customer service.

I have been taking the services of this salon for a couple of years and I have had no disappointment. The staff is polite and professional and the services are offered in a clean ambiance.

It was pathetic experience. After getting balyage and keratin, my hair still look very dry. Will never ever go back to them. It was just hell experience.

Moreover, they just want money anyhow and don't know how to provide good services.

Unhygienic practice done by staff. Untrained staff don't go to this place at all.
Used alum for cuts which should not be used at all because it can transmit infection.
Such unhygienic and unhealthy practice at this level of salon is a critical blunder.

Firstly they charge extra and the result of the work is zero. I have done with smoothening and keratin treatment but the results are zero. I will not even willing to give them a 1 star they guys are totally fraud they are in the market for making money only no other thing the results of there service is zero. Its a humble request to everyone who wants to visit them pls think 100 times before going because i am dam sure your money gona waste

Pathetic hair cut; bad global colouring and worst keratin. No Client servicing; rude client handling ; I am sure they are going to see a down fall very soon. All the worst to them!

Hairdresser was so unprofessional, he was literally shouting at me when I told him to clean the blade before using he started shouting and said you don’t know how we cut hair so just tell how you want your hair to be. I will not recommend any of you to go there.

Recently visited. Located a an amazing corner on red light of Ashok Vihar. Staff was quite humble, delivered what committed. Facial is worth here.

I had the most horrendous experience at this salon on 1st Feb 2021.
One of their most qualified employee at this place burnt my arm pit while waxing (rica), one of the safest Wax that can used fyi.
As I got home something felt weird, I've sensitive skin so I thought it was just a reaction and I checked after a day as it was itching but the current mark wasn't there, only redness presented itself at that point of time.
But after 3 days, on 4th I showed it to my sister, who is also a loyal customer of this salon that if she can check what happened she told me that I was burnt.
Later when I confronted them yesterday on 5th, they had the audacity to tell me that I was late or it was not my body part and asked me to video call and asked me to show the mark, which I did.
They still accused me that the picture sent and body part shown in the video call was different.
After all of those accusations by the manager, I was still ready to talk to the owner to settle things out as I was a customer and something bad happened to me.
The owner couldn't be less interested after asking fair amount of times that I'll take this forward, she still didn't call me.
The manager is rude. Wasn't at all supportive of the matter being a girl as well knowing that burn marks hardly ever go away.
So before going to this place.
Please reconsider.
And I should definitely warm each and every girl/ woman out there as it was my duty.

On the day of Karva Chauth in 2020, they gave a package of 20000 for 1 year, promised 35,000 services in it, to take advantage of that facility, we went for a massage, then at the reception, he started mentioning the categories in it and paying extra for two categories. Would have been totally retracted by what she had told us at that time, for this we are going to the Consumer Court to be reprimanded by the receptionist for giving his package a bad attitude, along with mentally haresment and wasting our precious time

The place is quite affordable for it's services. The staff is very cooperative and there is one person (owner/manager) with long white beard who is always on his toes to keep things running. The 5th star is dedicated to him only.

Nice experience i had. The guy who gave me a haircut seemed a professional. Gave me a perfect look for my new year evening. It was clean place. Though the people at reception seemed lot busy in attending me. Its not very expensive. The prices are very controlled which is a good point for the customers.

Went for a haircut. They are not taking full safety precautions, especially lacking sanitization of seats after one customer gets their service done. They tell you no need for appointment but you end up waiting more than half an hour on average. Poor management and also unsatisfactory service.

I wont recommend it, after they renovated their Salon, they have an illusion that they are the best in the place, but not. They are pathetic in terms of service. I recommend ed my cousins but they made them wait for 30 mins even when all of their staff was sitting idle on the couch.
