I had the pleasure of experiencing a facial for men at Trendz, Shalimar Bagh. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, which immediately put me at ease. The ambiance of the salon was relaxing and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a spa day.

The facial itself was exceptional. The esthetician was highly skilled and took the time to assess my skin's needs before customizing the treatment. The products used were of high quality, and I could feel the difference in my skin immediately. Not only did the facial leave my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, but it also provided a much-needed sense of relaxation.

Great experience. The haircolor and kerasmooth was exactly how i wanted it to be, actually even better. Have tried so many other salons in Delhi, all the popular ones, but Monu’s hair treatments are the best! Never disappointed with the hair treatments done by him. Great going!

I have been their very old client.for hair colour n keratin treatments.but this time I got my global n kerattouch protein treatment done from them in August. 2023. Their technician Chander ruined my hair badly.i had to go thru colouring thrice ti get a decent hair colour back. My hair became weak n falling. I contacted them again fr some convincing remedy. But their manager Pawan n Chander blamed my shampoo / hair conditioner/ my hair quality … not alone they even denied there recommended Kerattouch protein treatment.its all a Scam. I have heard many Complaints abt their Unprofessional behaviour since then … Its Really Sad that these Unprofessional Salons of good Stature could do this to a very old n Reputed client of there’s. Unethical n Unprofessional Attitude is not tolerable at cost of my hair. Imagine They should be ashamed. The Owner Gautam should realise this.unethical staff

Recent experience. Heights of mis-communication and money extorting service. I can provide a long list of wrong doing and unprofessionalism. Trying to cover up with tea/coffees and vouchers, truly disappointed!

Had a great experience getting my hair transformed as per my liking. I am glad they were able to give me double shade balayage to my liking. The team is experienced and courteous.

Worst service. Made me wait an hour for a haircut and asked me to come next day. Pretty sure they dont know how to handle staff and their day to day running. Totally unprofessional behaviour, zero accountability.

The services are reasonable, however, would not recommend at all to anyone for bridal or engagement make ups. The services are bad for the same and makeup done on me was patchy, not distributed, and was dull and definitely didn't stay for long rather started coming out though suppose to stay for 8 hours. I am not sure about previous services but currently, the services are not at all up to the mark. You may spoil your special day look. I dont think any bride would want to look disaster on their wedding day like how was for me
